“Clean, comfortable room with a lovely staff. I was a little surprised that the bungalows didn’t have a private bathroom though. I would have expected this at the rate that was charged. I was also surprised that there was no shampoo in the shared bathroom and hair dryers were not in the room or bathroom. I was able to get a hair dryer from the staff but some of these items weren’t really highlighted in Expedia’s description. Expedia also didn’t mention the meal plan. The food was very good...

Los delfines no se ven en la excursión y no ofrecen devolución ni ir otro día, perdiendo tiempo y dinero. No tienen animación y es bastante aburrido, fuimos 6 días y con 3 hubiese sido bastante. “Loved the proximity to the water activities & marine wildlife. Very disappointed with the 1 Bedroom Beachside Villa. It was bland, expensive, with no decor. We didn't expect a bathroom to be for people with disabilities & it was slippery & dangerous! Meal offerings were minimal, inexpertly prepared & overpriced. We booked a 5 night stay. 2 or 3 at most would be enough.”

“First of all the location is excellent… right in the middle of the rainforest, although the drive up there is not for the faint hearted. My room was very basic, which was expected. The thing I didn’t like was that the door to the deck didn’t seal at all, so when the wind blew at night it rattled the blinds and kept me awake. Parking spots are very tight for even a modest size car. Food options were limited and expensive. If you are not in a self catering unit you run out of choices quickly. I...
