“Unfortunately, I was treated as a delinquent when I first arrived. I had an issue with my credit card as it was cloned and therefore blocked. I had to use another one and explained this several times by email to the hotel. They would say yeah, yeah when I arrived very unrespectfully. This behavior was the standard in the following 3 nights that we stayed with them, fortunately only by nights, as we were on tour during daytime. “Very friendly atmosphere, the pool area is nice under the lights whilst having your meal, but a bit too cold for a dip. The service and room staff are very friendly, being on a main road you don’t hear the peek traffic. Everything is within walking distance for groceries, takeout, plus a quiet sneaky few hours out with the clubhouse a few K’s away and even laundry Thanks again for the stay, we will be back ”
