“Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields.”

“Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...

“Cute, spacious studio with all the amenities to enjoy a stay close to all that Oceanside has to offer. Unit is east of the 5 freeway, very easy to find and secure. The view from the deck out back is amazing - to watch the sunset and the occasional sounds of freedom from Camp Pendleton were just the R & R we needed. We didn’t make it back to the studio after dinner to enjoy the hot tub, looking forward to trying it next visit.. The extensive movie collection & complimentary snacks were...

“Excellent location across the street from the beach with partial ocean view from the front deck. The property felt clean and had lots of stuff to use in the kitchen which made meals easy. Staff was super communicative and easy to reach for any questions. The backyard was beautiful and well mantained, felt like a tropical hideaway.”
