This property has just been recently remodeled with new floors & new windows. Million Dollar Beachfront Condo with it's very own beach! Perfect for families or couples wanting to get away. Several wedding ceremonies have taken place on our beach as well. With all necessary amenities, you will find it easy to get comfortable in your home away from home. The home has high speed WiFi, a well stocked full kitchen, a living room and dining area. There are two bedrooms and two baths as well as a convertible sofa in the front room.
This townhome is located on the upper level. The beach, Adirondack chairs and fire pit are shared with the lower level townhome. You can reach the beach by walking down 2 flights of stairs within the building or walk around the garage on sloped Street next to the property.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need for your vacation in the home, from beach towels to linens, from Keurig to garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchen keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast, or just a homemade smoothie. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! It is not far from the famous San Diego attractions. It is very comfortable with easy parking, close grocery store, several good restaurants nearby.

Beautiful deep beach, perfect location. Don't put our shoes on for the entire week. From the great room window you can see your kids playing in the sand. It is a wonderful place for a perfect family vacation.

The location of this rental is second to none. There is plenty to do for everyone in the family and with the freeway so close, road trips are easy too. Being right on the ocean with a private beach is just about as good as it gets, especially when you can include your pets! Close to stores and shops. Beach area is clean and not too busy!
