The villa was amazing, the pictures are accurate, if anything, it feels even more spacious. We felt safe at all times. Beautifully clean house, kitchen has everything you need, although i would have loved a dishwasher. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was the perfect size for my family of 5. I would recommend getting some umbrellas to go with the sun loungers as the Jamaican sun can get a bit intense at times. The house manager was amazing and so friendly, cannot big her up enough! The host, Nadine, was also amazing. She responded to messages very quickly and sorted the couple of minor issues we had in a very timely manor (even over the Easter weekend). You get a beach pass with the booking which is great and it also gets you a discount on food and drinks ordered at the beach club (which is also within the gates). We picked mangoes from the trees within the property, we were also able to pick ackee and had them prepared for a special birthday breakfast. The property is very close to all the attractions we wanted to go to (Dunns river, Mystic Mountain etc) and Ocho rios town center was less than a 10 min drive away. I have recommended this villa to all my family and friends who have asked. Its definitely value for your money and we would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay and would stay here again. We had some very minor water issues that resolved. The only thing I would recommend is more beach towels but there is laundry onsite and we washed our towels.

I can't say enough about COCO PALMS! Everything about our stay was beautiful except for chillier weather which no one can control. Nadine was great to work with and communicated very well through every step of the rental process. Tracy, the housekeeper, was so kind and also very helpful. Richard, who provided transportation to and from the hotel was kind, talkative, and very informative. All three were always available to answer any questions or requests while we were vacationing. My husband, I and two friends of ours arrived to celebrate my 50th birthday. Nadine, Tracy and Richard sure made me feel special! The home is stunning and is demonstrated exactly as the photos show in the app. I highly recommend considering COCO PALMS for your next Jamaican Vacation. You will not be disappointed!

Coco palms is a fabulous holiday home! It’s ideally located in close proximity to restaurants and supermarkets, and within 15 minutes of Ocho Rios town centre. The estate and villa are secure, with 24hr security at the entrance to the estate as well as its own gated entry. I am particular about cleanliness and couldn’t fault the villa in this area- it was spotless! The home is spacious, and well appointed with everything needed for your stay including a well stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. The three bedrooms and communal areas all have air conditioning and overhead fans as an alternative. We loved the pool and private beach. Tracy was welcoming and I loved that she had made an effort to personalise things for us. Nadine was responsive and gave us all info needed for our stay in a timely manner. We would definitely return and have recommended the villa to our friends.

The house wasn’t bad it was all the things that went wrong during the stay. AC stopped working, I had to tinker with the electrical myself to get it to work as I had a toddler on this trip. Electrician showed up the following day after we checked in but was only able to partially fix the issue and the rest of the rooms were pretty warm the rest of the trip even if the Ac was blowing. Additionally the hot water stopped working and I had to tinker with that as well, someone had to come out and assist with that as well, but had no hot water for two days on this stay. Outside of that the stay was just okay. The pool was nice and the beach club is very nice as long as you catch them before they raise their prices (first half of the trip we had cheaper prices, 2nd half no so much). Additionally don’t hire the recommended chef, unless it’s for breakfast. She was very good at breakfast, but all the other meals I was disappointed. I have never known curry goat to just be meat only, no potatoes, carrots, onions ect. As a first gen American raised by Jamaicans who just got their citizenship, this was terrible. Sent my mom a picture and she was confused by the amount of bones in the food and the lack of additions. Would I stay here again, no, probably just go to a resort less stress and more accommodation.

Beautiful home I'd gladly return to

The description of the property was very accurate. It's in a very desirable area. A short walk to the closest grocery store and accompanying plaza for your needs. An even shorter walk to the closest beach which is private and beautiful with a great restaurant. The home was clean. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with everything that one could need. We cooked major meals there. Three bedrooms, each with a bathroom (including one that was accessible from the hallway) was all we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated the different pillow firmness options in each room. We didn’t spend much time on media but the large screen has access to Netflix and possibly other apps.The yard had fresh coconuts that we tapped into and ripe ackee growing in abundance in May. The pool was enjoyable at the perfect temperature and clean.We had issues with the electrical for a couple of days. Fortunately, the property manager responds very quickly and sent an electrician with our permission. Very grateful for the opportunity to stay at this large and beautiful property. I've recommended it to others and would gladly stay again.

I rely on reviews so I’m providing full details. This house is fabulous. The pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are huge and each has a very comfortable queen size bed, tv, Ac, ceiling fan, and a beautiful ensuite (complete with full towel sets, beach and bathing). The rooms are private and separated by the communal living spaces. The living room and dining room are very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The pool is right out the front door and easily visible from in the house. The yard is very beautiful, private and secure. The property has access to a great beach within a short walk. There is snorkelling right close to shore. There are a few places close by to get groceries. Nadine is a fabulous host and was very helpful (went above and beyond) to ensure our stay was perfect! This was the best property and host I have ever experienced. It will not disappoint!

Holidays at Coco Palms Villa Mammee Bay Estate

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Villa, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The house itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, perfect home entertainment equipment, cozy living areas, and comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor space was a highlight for us, with a big garden and a pool that provided the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The host (Nadine) was incredibly responsive and helpful, asked us almost every day if everything is okay or if we need anything. This villa is highly recommended!
