“Since we planned to utilize the yard area, we found it a little disappointing, mainly needed a little more upkeep. Patio was covered with leaves and dirt, as was the table there as well, which could easily been improved with a little cleaning. There were also plastic bottles, papers, pieces of aluminum foil, forks and broken glass strewed around the yard. Also backyard gate only had part of the lock attached; so couldn’t be locked. “Steven contacted me prior to our arrival to offer an upgrade due to a problem with the originally booked house. We particularly needed a king sized bed and so he changed again to a third house. It was lovely and in a newer, upscale neighborhood. He responded instantly the few times I needed to be in touch, and always happily helped. “The house is a great meeting place for a large family. The courtyard was great for the kids because it’s completely fenced in. They enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the guest house does not have a full bathroom and the house is a little rundown. Other than that, Our family enjoyed our stay.”
