“I felt the description of the flat was accurate. It was quite comfortable for our family of 7. Most of the instructions were good although we didn’t really know how to manage the stove due to no visible settings and the dishwasher was a challenge. Instruction manuals for the appliances would have been helpful. All our concerns were graciously and effectively handed by Nicholas. Thank you for your good service and concern. ”

“Flat was well appointed with everything you would need for a couple staying for a few days. Neighbourhood with convenience grocery and off license directly across the street. Shepards Bush station a five minute walk. Only issue was the checkin was a bit confusing - only because. I booked through VRBO. but then at some point communication changed from vrbo to Guestready, so when planning how to check in I couldn’t find my email with instructions. It would be nice if you could just leave the keys...

“We spent two weeks in the studio during the summer and everything was great.The studio was clean, with a little kitchen, fridge, shower and all the stuff you need for a comfortable stay. It’s a little bit small for four people but perfect for a couple or even three people. The location is great, close to the tube and with a big Tesco store just in the corner. The owner was very kind, being aware of us and helping everytime we needed. If I come back to London I would definitely stay here again.”

“The host was very informative and helpful. The property was a really good size and the host had thought about a lot of extra things which made the stay easier. The property is on the first floor so there are some steps but it was easy enough to get up and down with our baby and the pram. The location is great with lots of shops and cafes nearby and it is about a 10 minute walk to Westfield (where we parked securely overnight). There is some on street parking nearby.
