“The property itself (TB67) was nice and clean. However, I never received any satisfaction after reporting an A/C problem with the unit. It would not cool and would make a loud buzz every minute. It was implied by the front desk that I created the problem by turning it down to a low temp and would reset itself after being off for 24 hrs. It never corrected itself during my 3 day stay and was running that way when I arrived. A setvice technician did arrive to look at it on day 2. It was...
