“Excelente servicio del personal ”

“Everyone was very nice, we left a pair of shorts on accident and they called within 1 hour of checking to let us know that we left something. They went above and beyond trying to accommodate us. My daughter got her hand slammed in the bathroom door and the front desk gave us the closet hospital ( didn’t need one) an ice pack and checked up on her later. They were so nice and offered us all kinds of help with our three children. Would stay here again!”

“El edificio es muy bonito. Desafortunadamente al llegar nadie te explica nada sobre las instalaciones, restaurantes o acceso a las vialidades que, se puede lograr desde el hotel. El staff es poco servicial. Además había una restricción de uso de agua en la ciudad y no te dejaban bañar con agua caliente, pero si había agua en las habitaciones y regadera de las mismas, una tontería la verdad. Aún así no ofrecían ninguna alternativa o descuento. En general un lugar muy bonito pero con un servicio...

“I love the decor and the staff! Beds were a little firm, but my hips hurt all the time so it's hard to find a soft bed at hotels. Room was clean and they have great products in the room for use. The decor is the winner here! The area is cute and walkable to Beale Street and other attractions. Parking was hard to find but valet is avaliable. ”

“I love the loft. There was dishes to use, a record player, a lot of space, even a guitar you could play if you wanted. It was such a cute place. Only issues was the door key pad sometimes would get stuck and I couldn’t lock or unlock it when that happened. Also there were a lot of gnats but otherwise the place was clean! ”

“We booked a 3 night stay (Th, Fr &Sat) due to a family funeral. Thursday and Friday nights we used the Do Not Disturb sign. So we expected the room to be cleaned or at least clean towels. We get back to room Saturday night to no clean towels and no trash taken out. We went to office and got towels and went to bed. Sunday morni ng i realize our dirty towels are gone. So someone came in room and all they did was get dirty towels and did nothing else. Kind of crazy! ”
