“Overall the place was pretty nice. The views were great, balcony was huge, shower and tub were big and gave a spa like experience. For the price, and for being part of Palms Place I honestly expected it to be a bit more polished and cleaner. “The check in process was very poor. My wife went there a day before me and for some reason my her name wasn’t included on registration at the front desk so they wouldn’t let her in. They host wasn’t picking up when we called so we had to call VRBO customer service to contact him it. It took over an hour and a half but she finally got in. “Property is very nice and clean. Each tower has it's own private pool. There is a cafe located inside tower 2. One thing I wish I discovered sooner is that there is a tunnel with people movers that connects to MGM Casino. Takes a 20 minute walk and turns it into a 5 minute walk. Overall its a great place to stay!”
