The Space:

Just a short walk from Historic 25th Street, our updated Creative District flat blends stylish finishes with unbeatable access to downtown Ogden, nearby trailheads, skiing, mountain biking, I-15, and the greater Ogden area.



Unit 2 is the top-right apartment of a four-unit building, featuring:



Two spacious bedrooms, one king bed, one double bunk (Helix mattresses)



One full bathroom with tub/shower combo and single vanity



Generous living room, sectional with queen sleeper, 60" Samsung TV, cozy chairs, and large windows for relaxing after a day of skiing or exploring



Fully stocked kitchen with seating for four, plus washer and dryer just off the kitchen



One bedroom includes a desk and chair for remote work



Extras you’ll love: Free off-street parking for two cars in the spaces marked with "2" at the rear of the building.



Guests enter via the front stairs to Unit 2. Long-term tenants live in the other units, so we ask guests to be respectful of their privacy.

Guests have full access to the two parking spaces designated with the "2" signs.



The Neighborhood:

Located a short walk from Historic 25th Street, the Nine Rails Creative District in Ogden, Utah is an artistic enclave in the heart of Ogden. Art centers and galleries, music venues and theaters dot the neighborhood along with locally owned cafes, restaurants and yoga studios. Tree-lined streets, historic architecture, and views of Mount Ogden can be enjoyed on neighborhood walks.



Getting Around:

Nine Rails Creative District is easily accessible by car, bicycle, or on foot. Two, free, off-street parking spaces are available at the property. A handful of cafes, restaurants, and music and art venues are about a five to ten minute walk from the property.



Other Things to Note:

Our bright Creative District flat is the top-right unit of a four-unit building. Guests are encouraged to relax and enjoy their stay, but pets, excessively loud music, and late-night parties are not permitted.



For your convenience:



The ironing board and iron are in the laundry room closet.



Infant amenities, including a high chair, pack ‘n play, and a selection of toys and books, are stored in the bunk room closet.



Extra towels can be found in the bedroom closets.



We have an alarm system in the unit, but it will not be enabled during your stay for your comfort and peace of mind.
