“Charming apartment with great amenities located in an older building in downtown Dover. Perfect size for a family of 4, and plenty of great food options were within walking distance. With 2 runners in the family, also enjoyed use of Dover's recreation trail (entrance in the train station parking lot).”

“The studio was lovely. Although small we had enough storage and the car was parked literally outside the door so we could stow anything bulky in the car but still have easy access. It was very comfortable. The pool was nice. The restaurant next door that is owned by the same family was excellent. Easily walkable to Perkins Cove the Marginal Way and downtown Ogunquit. We would stay again without question.”

“I would like to start off by saying this is a great place in a great location.We stayed a single night, and the location was perfect. It’s a very lively area, active late into the night. For those who go to bed a bit early (and we do), the white noise machine did the job.The Ocean Apartment we stayed in had a nice little balcony overlooking the back, giving us a private spot to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning.The kitchen had everything one would need—though for just one night, we didn’t take...

“We had a wonderful weekend away and the space was beautiful, close to downtown (a short walk) and had everything we needed.The only thing to keep in mind is that the space is on the second floor and the stairs could be a bit of a challenge for some people. ”

Absolutely love New York, Maine, and have been coming here for years..The house was a bit small for us because we are tall people and three of the four of us are female-one bathroom and half a closet for the whole house was a little challenging with getting ready for wedding activities.The hosts were very responsive and we would definitely recommend this to a small family or a couple..”

“I enjoyed my stay with this Air B &B. The hosts were very kind and it is a very relaxed quiet place. The entry way is a bit cluttered so it does have a very casual effect. If you stay here be aware there are many dogs. That was a plus for me! The rooms itself was casual and had clean sheets and towels. As long as you are expecting a New England vintage home it is very enjoyable. ”
