  • Gather your family and friends for the perfect beach vacation! Nestled in the gorgeous Ogunquit neighborhood of Windward, this home is on a quiet street yet only a .3 mile walk to downtown OGT (via Dana Rd to Berwick Rd) and an additional .4 mile walk to the beach. You’ll have privacy AND all the Ogunquit shops, restaurants, and beach at your fingertips.

    Inside you’ll find a roomy, and open concept living space. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to cook for your friends and family.  Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining room then relax on the comfortable couches in the living room. The dining room sliders open to a brand new small back deck for cookouts!

    Sleeping set-up features a first floor Master bedroom complete with private bath and jacuzzi tub. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed and a pullout sofa, one with a queen, and another with two twin bed sleeping nooks.

    For those who might prefer a little separation from the other guests, the basement offers a daylight-walk out suite complete with 1 bedroom (queen), a living space, a kitchenette and a private 3/4 bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower!

    Property does provide Linen, towels, mattress covers, blankets, quilts, and pillows

I loved this house. It took us a day to get comfortable with what was a short walk and what was a long walk. You can easily walk to town and the beach but you can't walk to the beach with chairs and bags. That's ok, if you don't want to pat for parking drop everyone off and one person walk back. This is my most favorite rental. Its so well appointed. Everything is so nice. They supply everything to make is nice paper goods, soaps, shampoos, trash bags, kitchen bag and foils. If was sooooo nice. If you go walk to the Front Yard for drinks and dinner and walk to the Greenery for breakfast.

The home is beautiful. The first two floors are very nicely done and updated. The lower level is not updated; it looks like they might be working on it. The steps are down to plain wood, with just some carpet running down the middle; it feels semi-unfinished, older, and smells like a basement. You don't even see pictures of the bedroom in the vrbo pics.... It's small. There's a tiny little living area with a tiny kitchenette and a mini fridge down there.We loved the location. It was clean. The checkout requests seem a little more than average, especially needing to sweep all the floors and clean the fridge when you're already paying over 400 to clean. That was my only comment on what seemed odd; however, I didn't reach out to the owner to ask about it. She did give her information if we needed anything when we got there. Communication probably would have been quick once we were there, but I asked a couple of questions before we got there, and it took a full day to get an answer both times. All in all it was a beautiful verbo and we would say that again.
