  • Immaculate beach town retreat, located 1.1 miles from ogunquit center and 1.2 miles to beautiful Ogunquit beach. There are plenty of things to do in this quaint little beach town from shopping to fine dining, Ogunquit has it all. Your modern retreat nestled on almost 2 acres just up the street from town, includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with 1900 sqft of space. As a note, linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels) are not provided but can be rented at a discount. As you enter the home with your personal smart code you are greeted with a quaint entry area with built in cubby’s for shoes and coats and a half bath. Down the hall you pass a fun dining area and master suite on the way to the living room and kitchen. The first floor primary bedroom has a king bed and attached master bath. The master bath has two vanities and a spacious glass enclosed shower. The living room has vaulted ceiling that opens to the loft upstairs with a large sectional and a 50” LED smart TV with Bluetooth surround sound. The modern kitchen offers a wonderful place for you to cook pancakes in the morning or simply sit at the quartz island an enjoy a cup of coffee.

    The Second floor has two bedrooms a full bath and a loft with a separate kids nook. It’s the perfect place to send the kiddos to wind down after a fun day at the beach. The second bedroom houses a king size bed perfect for adults. Your kids will love the third bedroom with twin over full bunks with a trundle. The loft has a queen pull out sleeper with a memory foam mattress and a 43” LED smart TV along with a few fun bean bags.

    Outside you’ll find a wonderful place to relax with the family. The gas grill is a great place to cook up your favorite BBQ while the kids play in the afternoon sun filled expansive backyard. After a great meal on the outdoor dining table, relax on the outdoor sofa and chairs or, turn on the gas fire pit and enjoy the company of friends and family. We couldn’t think of a better way to relax after a day at the beach. We tried to think of everything you will need so feel good packing lite as the house comes with some items for the beach and things to help you enjoy your stay.

We celebrated our son's graduation from UNH with Family. It was a perfect spot to gather. Property is well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Very pretty setting with nice landscaping and very close to Ogunquit village center. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at this location. Hosts were easy to communicate with. The place is very clean, well appointed for all our needs. Outside space was wonderful to spend time with the family. Ladderball and cornhole games are in garage to use. We will be back! Thank you!

We had a great stay in Ogunquit! Erik and Holly were easy to reach, and the house was perfect for our kids and extended family! Location was also great, right near downtown Ogunquit and the beach, and with a large yard. The house was very well stocked and even had a kids arts and crafts area and play kitchen which our kids loved. Be aware though, there was a surprise rental agreement sent to us a week before check in which we had not previously been notified of, and we also had to rent our own linens, which was an added headache when checking in late with young kids. The host should highlight these items in the listing's main description for better awareness.

July 4th getaway

Great location for golfing to several area courses. Loved the outside fire pit and great grill. 5 of us found the house very comfortable.

Hidden gem steps from downtown

It's a beautiful three bedroom property minutes from downtown Qgunquit. Check in was easy and communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend!

Great house

Stayed for a week with my two kids and parents. Very nice, clean house with a beautiful outdoor space. Had everything we needed. Short drive into town and the beach. We had a great time!

This is a lovely home nestled in the woods of Ongunquit Maine. The town is a short walk or drive away. The home was clean and comfortable for our family. Lots of parking and we loved sitting outdoors in cool days to enjoy reading or sitting at nighttime around the fire pit making s’mores. It was a perfect vacation. Thank you so much.

Lovely stay in a beautiful, super clean and well appointed home. Close to town, great back yard, fun kids room—lots of little nooks for the adults to have a peaceful moment. Overall it was a 10!

Beautiful vacation home

This property has lots of beautiful and thoughtful touches! Thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the backyard sitting area; from the chairs that greet you at the entrance to the wine cooler and the sound bar ….all of the extra touches made for an amazing vacation home.

Awesome Family House

Only a mile away from town, but feel like you’re in the woods. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the house was exactly as described. Definitely recommend.

Great stay!! Super clean and beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay and Holly and Erik were amazing hosts! Property was well-equipped with everything we needed and it’s in such a great, serene location that is still close to town. The teens in our group loved the separate hang out space on the second floor. We will definitely be back!

Amazing experience!

We had never been to Ogunquit before. Erik and Holly were amazing with their hospitality and recommendations for places to eat and activities to do while there! They were easily accessible at all times and their property was meticulous and cozy! I highly recommend this property and these renters!

Bachelorette Weekend

The house was clean, beautiful, and a perfect location. Loved the decor and the yard was perfect. Also a nice amount of parking space. Holly communicated well, and was very pleasant. We had such a great time, and the house has a great location. If you want something fun to do, try Goose Sailing! Captain Scott is amazing, and you get a private sail out into Perkins cove.

Great vacation home!

This beautiful home had everything we needed and then some! Perfectly clean & such cute decor. Plenty of room for our family of 6 & our 2 year old granddaughter loved the kids play area so much! The location was amazing being so close to downtown Ogunquit & the beach. Erik & Holly were very helpful with any questions I had. All in all it really was the perfect vacation home!

Perfect Home

This home was beautifully appointed. Had everything you could possibly need. Great location to town. We walked every morning to get coffee. I highly recommend. Owners communicated very well. I would love to return next summer. Thank you.

Beautiful, quiet stay in Ogunquit

We had a lovely stay at this home in Ogunquit. We enjoyed being a short, driveable distance from the main town in a home that was in a quieter location. The property was very clean, efficiently set-up, and well-appointed. We found it had everything we needed for our visit. The hosts were prompt in communicating with me in the lead-up to our arrival and our departure. Next time, we will try and stay for a bit longer...!

Wonderful rental for relaxing and exploring

This house is very clean and well appointed. Location is very good about 1 mile from downtown Ogunquit, and also very convenient to drive to Portsmouth, Portland, Kennebunkport, etc. Erik and Holly were great hosts and our check in process was extremely easy. We were able to enjoy the fire pit in the evenings after a day of exploring. We highly recommend this property. It is as advertised.

We were a family of five (three kids) plus my parents (7 people total), so this space fit us perfectly. It can be tricky for us to find housing where my kids don't have to share a bed, so finding a bunk bed with a trundle was a real happy find for us!The house was gorgeous - the garden/landscaping relaxing and inviting (and amazingly, bugs weren't even too bad). I think it's safe to say we were all very glad to have been there. It was also a nice location from town. We were in town for the Ogunquit Playhouse, and I think we were just ten minutes away.The only challenging thing for us was that we had to bring sheets and towels. I looked into the recommended linen service company, but they only offer week-long rentals. We were just there for two nights, so that wasn't ideal. I did manage to bring bath towels and bed sheets, but never once thought about hand towels, so we had to scramble for those. Something to keep in mind if you're bringing your own towels/sheets. (presumably the linen company provides those). The hosts were helpful and responsive, and everything else was smooth and delightful. I would recommend this house!

Great home

Our family stayed at Holly and Erik’s home Aug 5-12 and we had a great experience. The home was clean, bright and had everything we needed. It was close enough to town to head in when we wanted to but also just quiet enough to enjoy the beautiful back yard. We have a 8,7 and 3 yr old and there were games and things for them to do as well as plenty of beach items to keep them busy. Holly and Erik were very responsive when needed and check in was easy. It was a great experience.
