Great place to stay. Appreciated the larger refrigerator/freezer i. The room. We bring home a lot of seafood and froze it before we left.

The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was an inside pool and an outside pool and a hot tub. You enter the rooms from the outside and there is no elevator to the second floor which is not convenient for seniors. There are no coffee pots in the rooms and morning coffee is served in an outside area. On the bright side, the coffee is good.😊

A Relaxing Stay
Had a very comfortable stay. Enjoyed the view of the River and Ocean. Very clean rooms, comfortable furnishings and convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. Would definitely want to return.

I stayed here while travelling for business. It served it's purpose. The pools and Jacuzzi were a nice added benefit. The room was clean and had what I needed. The office staff was friendly and patient.

We took an impromptu overnight midweek in October, just before the official "end of season". Can't wait to come back in season, for at least 2 nights, so we can do the resort amenities justice! Trolley stop is right in front!

The property inside and out was very well maintained and very clean. Indoor and outdoor pools were clean with lots of lounges. Rooms have been updated and were comfortable and had a full size fridge. We were on second floor which had a balcony running the length of the building. Andirondak chairs on balcony and sat out for coffee/wine and enjoyed the amazing views! Property is an easy drive either to Kennebunk/Ogunquit main areas. Highly recommend and price was very reasonable!

Pristine housekeeping was welcomed. We picked the Mariner because it wasn’t right downtown so quiet. The pools and hot tub made us happy. And found the 20 minute walk to Footbridge beach easy and quick drive for sunrise.

The room was clean and comfortable, it would have been nice to have a coffee pot. Also second floor could use elevator. Otherwise it was a fair value!

The rates were very reasonable and the pool area was great … the rooms were a little on the older side ( air conditioners) but they worked and the place was immaculate! We will be back!

The views of the marsh overlooking Ogunquit beach were stunning in the morning light. The grounds, pool area, and room were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only improvements I’d recommend are, 1) provide sleeves for coffee cups as coffee was extremely hot (which is good) but difficult for those delivering coffee to the room and 2) over time, replace carpet (which held a musty smell) with tile or laminate flooring. Those could be kept cleaner from sand and water. Overall, I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Best stay ! very clean, quiet, comfortable, relaxing. loved the fact that the air conditioners were NOT on the shared balcony but in the back of the building. That made relaxation and conversation so much better ! Highly recommend
