“Apartment was great, exactly as described. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Checking in and out a dream. VERY fast and friendly communication. We loved it and will definitely check for availability next time we are in Chicago.”

There was a bowl of half eaten chips and wrappers by one of the beds, and food remnants on the floor. Many of the essentials (tissues, coffee filters etc) were missing.
