“You're paying more than you get, obviously (even considering Profit margin)... Refrigerator (mini fridge) ridicously small, and was malfunctioning (all way coldest) and It wasn't enough cooling beverages. One room lamp didn't function No hot water, not consistent temp water, (very hassling) Tv didn't function Room climate without maintenance (filter warning light), yet Quiet, very outdated though. At 6 nights, no housekeeping visit, not even for soap, towel, or paper tissue replenish Coffee was...

“Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. ”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in a lodge room in the main building. It was insanely clean and well kept. Small kitchenette with large fridge was awesome. Three Rivers is an excellent central location for exploring the Gunnison Valley. Staff was as friendly helpful...

“This was a very comfortable stay in a great location! Check in and check out process was easy and well explained.”

“What a lovely experience. We booked when we were only about 3 hours away, and were able to immediately contact the host for access info. Beautiful, comfortable place with a very friendly host. We will definitely return.”

“Amazing location on the Taylor River with access to private water just steps from the house.”

“This cabin is big and beautiful with enough space to have a large family comfortably enjoy their stay. It has high end appliances and beautifully decorated rooms with exceptional quality furniture and amenities. It was so peaceful and serene that we sometimes didn’t even want to leave because it was so tranquil and quiet. Be prepared to relax and have native bees and stellar jays come visit you even morning as you enjoy your coffee on the spacious deck. We would definitely recommend this place...

“Nice location and host is easily accessible. Google map sends you to the apartment complex behind this location. AC would be nice. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking on site. Great fenced in yard for carefree pet roaming.”

“Beautiful home on the river, close to the main areas in Gunnison. We loved everything about it! The hosts were great when we had an oven issue come up, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked, the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and we loved using the new hot tub! Only note would be that we would've loved to have pics of the bathrooms on the listing just to ease any concerns before our arrival. But they were great, so it was no issue! Loved the steam shower! Thank you...
