“We rented this house to stay in while we attended the Neon Nights concert nearby, 12 minutes away. It is a beautiful, clean, spacious, well supplied house! We almost didn't need to bring a thing for our stay. The owners are friendly and communicated quickly and thoroughly throughout our visit. All who stayed there commented that we would rate it 12 out of 10 if we could! We will stay here again in the future if we are back in this area!”

“Spectacular! We had an action packed weekend adventuring in Mohican & watching the Ashland University football game. Our age range was 2 yrs old up to 70- and there was something for everyone! It couldn’t have been nicer, cleaner, or more beautiful! If I could give it 10 stars I would! ”
