"What a great place to stay! The property has been updated and was clean and about 5 minutes from two different boat ramps on Caddo Lake. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat. Highly recommend!"

"Great stay. Beautiful views. If we weren't on the water, we were on the back screened in porch enjoying the views and sounds. Comfortable beds. The house is well appointed. We absolutely loved it! FYI, just before sunset, if you are on or near the water, use mosquito spray! They will swarm you, even ..."

"The cabin was clean, comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Our main purpose was kayaking and titling this "Pelican's Nest~Caddo Lake Cabin 3 with Kayaks!" is a little misleading.
