“Hidden Gem! We had no idea this property was in Ojo Caliente. Beautiful views, gorgeous rooms and a wonderful restaurant connected. Booking was simple as well as check in and the hosts both online at at the restaurant are wonderful. Cant wait to come back!”

“Beautiful location and very comfortable space. Unfortunately we did not receive timely location or check in instructions from owner through VRBO. Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. ”

“The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well...

“Beautiful room, we enjoyed the fireplace the most. The flashlight key rings were helpful in the pitch black night. Thank you for the guest laundry room. A few things to improve if anyone in leadership reads this: Housekeeping missed us despite my attempts to request housekeeping at the front desk. It might help to have a door sign to clean the room, there was none. The single small sink was not good. Water splashed forward and sideways no matter how you tried. It’s just not the right sink design...

“The threat of flash floods colored our stay. Waiting for river to subside before we could get home to roads that required 4wd didnt add to the experience. The house had lots of nice points, like quiet, quaint decor, and comfortable. But it has a touch of unfinished project,the front door required kicking to open( really wet caused swelling). Water coming in bedroom causing large puddles because of door gap. The host was very helpful and happily answered our requests.”
