“The host Richard was great in communicating with us. The place is spacious and worked for what we needed it for. Could use some updating, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Easy, convenient in and out access. We didn’t use the pool. It wasn’t very clean. All in all great for the price. ”

“We enjoyed our time in The Villages. Our host provided information before arriving. The house was very welcoming and we liked the accomodations a great deal. We loved that there was a golf cart provided for our use during the stay. We would recommend this as a great vacatuon spot.”

The first thing you do when you open the front door is take in the welcoming odor of the air freshener! The home is decorated as if a pro did it and meticulously kept. “Arrived at the house 10 minutes after agreed check in time, but had not received instructions on how to access the property. The cleaning stuff was still there though and let us in. Upon entering the house a strong smell of marijuana was present. The host was quick to respond and expressed he would look into it. Unfortunately for us we had to smell it a couple days making hanging out at the house miserable. The neighborhood was quiet and beds were sufficient. Not many toiletries provided and...

“Place was clean and in a quiet area. However the bed situation was horrible. The King size bed was well used to the point there was 2 indends where people sleep. Then the 2nd room that says it has a Queen size bed isn’t. They have a full size bed which is definitely interesting for 2 adults to sleep on comfortably. You would be better off sleeping on the floor with how hard this bed is. The golf cart if very old and reallly really slow.”
