The place was alright. It seemed as if the upstairs had trouble heating. Our main issue was cleanliness. There were Mylar balloons left on the ceiling from a previous guest and the towels/bedding were either stained or not washed properly.

We had a fantastic stay overall. The space is truly wonderful, and the ample size and layout gave our entire family plenty of room to relax. It’s a beautiful house that served as a great base for our vacation.However, a few maintenance and communication issues arose that prevented the stay from being perfect and should be addressed for future renters:1. Pool Heating and Instructions:Despite paying for heating, the unit wasn't on upon arrival. And we weren't told the heater needs to be manually toggled on every single day. We had a couple days with cool water before we figured that out.2. Cookware Incompatibility:The induction cooktop is great, but none of the supplied pots or pans were compatible. We ended up purchasing a pan for basic cooking.3. Refrigerator Cooling Failure:A few days in, the refrigerator stopped cooling effectively. Because the interior light remained on, we didn't notice until perishable food began to spoil.We still had a good overall stay, and these issues should be easy fixes for future guests.

The check in process did not go as planned, resulting in us unable to access the property for several hours.The interior of the house was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Adequate closet space in bedrooms.Bathrooms were good. Additional towels for showers would be nice.Pool towels were provided. I recommend the host add a few more pool towels for larger groups. The exterior of the property was not great upon our arrival. The pool was cloudy, and the back patio needed to be organized and swept to make it safe for my grandchildren. Exterior planters were dead. Hot tub cover had broken handles. Propane tanks were empty. Recommend a dust pan for sweeping.

There was a little confusion around check in, resulting in us not being able to access the property until a couple of hours after the 4pm check in time. This was very concerning as we had a car full of groceries upon our arrival (over 700 worth of groceries). Pool was cloudy upon our arrival, but cleared up by the second day. Accommodations were perfect for our group of 13 people. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I would recommend more bath and pool towels be provided along with a dust pan for sweeping. The exterior of the property could use some work as plants were dead, spare wires hung where an tv once hungand we had to clean and sweep the back patio to make it safe for our grandchildren. Pool and hot tub were great amenities, and the kids lived the game room.

Nice house

The house was very roomy and clean. The beds were comfortable. Response to wearies with the house manager were responded to in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, we had to contact the house manager, many times. We did not have enough towels, the patio was covered with tiny pieces of glass, the induction stove top was difficult to use. The kitchen faucet had a leak that got water under the cabinet and on the floor, propane in the gas grill ran out, the trash was full when we arrived and we had 17 people generating trash. I wish we didn’t have to deal with all those problems when we were having it just a short family gathering time. It did cause inconveniences, but did not ruin our time together overall. The house was plenty big to accommodate 17 people ages three through 66 three people slept on couches The pool was the best part of all. It was very nice and we had a lot of fun in it. I think if our group of 17 were to go to Oklahoma City again, we would try to explore some alternative places to stay, but we would not be against staying here.

Fantastic Stay for a Large Group – House Has It AllThis house was fantastic and absolutely perfect for our group of 14 (7 adults and 7 kids, ranging in age from 10 down to under 1). It’s spacious, well-equipped, and loaded with features that made our stay relaxing and fun.Layout Overview1 Bedroom downstairs. King bed, cot and access to the downstairs bathroom (toilet and sink). Upstairs, there’s one main bathroom with a tub and shower that is shared among 3 of the bedrooms:At the top of the stairs, turning right leads to a bedroom with a bunk bed (two beds total).Turning left and then quickly left again leads to a room with two sets of twin bunks (four beds total).Turning left then right leads to another bedroom with a king bed.At the end of this hallway is the master suite, which is huge and includes a king bed, private bathroom with tub and shower, walk-in closet, and separate toilet area.The house stayed very comfortable for the most part. The air conditioning worked great and kept most rooms very cool. A couple of bedrooms, the main-level bedroom and the upstairs bunk room (two beds) were a bit warmer during the afternoons, 74–76F. These rooms did cool down overnight to around 70F. It was quite hot outside during our stay (95–99F). We had such a great time that none of us wanted to leave. It had everything we needed for a fun, stress-free getaway. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Highly recommend this home.

16th Party

We booked the house to host a 16th birthday party for my son. The property was very nice and spacious! I loved the pool and backyard. We did not use the hot tub it was a bit complicated. Mike was very responsive to all of my messages and super accommodating. We will definitely book this property again!

Non-operational amenities & repairs needed

Dishes in dishwasher were dirty upon arrival. Very sparse supplies. No sugar or filters for coffee. No mixer, etc. Pool was not heated, after paying additionally for it months ago. Host told me to do this and that. No, I paid months ago for it to be heated upon arrival; nothing I could do at that point would heat that pool for our stay. Hot tub was non operational. Host asked me to flip breaker, etc. Paid for night of fun and rest, not to see issues and be asked to provide maintenance. Painters tape was still on the entry door, missing light fixtures and other signs of repairs in progress. Frustrated and embarrassed that this is the place I chose to host lifetime friends.

Big Areas for large family gathering

We liked the big kitchen, Breakfast area, game room, dining room and living room. Room to park a vehicle in the garage and driveway is big for additional vehicles. FYI for families with young children: there is no pool alarm from 2 sliding doors leading out to back yard/ pool area. Host was very responsive regarding our arrival and access code on door. Host was very responsive to all of our questions prior to arrival.

NW OKC Remington Country Club

This was a beautiful home with a nice pool and hot tub. We and our children and grandchildren very much enjoyed the amenities, including a very nice gameroom. Unfortunately, the day we arrived, we had not received the necessary information about how to gain entry. It was resolved 2+hours after our agreed check-in time. The 1st floor has no tub or shower available and when the air conditioning was made cooler, a constant drip occurred over the toilet. The 2nd floor tub needed cleaning.and more remote batteries would have been nice. We did enjoy the area and had a wonderful time.
