We were excited about the pool and hot tub, and the pool table. the amount of rooms was perfect, but had electrical issues. Broken fixtures left wires exposed, some lights and fans didnt work. No hot water in 2 bathrooms.pool table was good, but it’s actually inside, so that was a bummer because it was loud. When we were on the way I asked for the entry info, was told it would be provided by checkin time, and still 30 minutes after check in time, no info. Instead, i asked multiple times on the app, I had to call his personal number 3 times, left messages, and texted him before he responded. He was very kind, but communication should be better.With food in coolers on an 90 degree day, and kids needing a bathroom, this was an irritation. But we got in and then couldn’t let The kids play in the pool because it was dirty… about 30 minutes after our arrival his pool cleaner arrived. That was quick and efficient, very much appreciated!But the hot tub still didn’t work, and the kids had gotten cut on some broken pieces of tile all around the pool.One of my children even said “if you value your life, you will not touch that tile!”It was not attached on the top edge of the pool.We had to clean bedding and towels and dishes before use. Broken, unsafe playground.Broken mangled umbrella stuck in the bushes, belongings left by previous tenants, including a bachelor party… Overall, a beautiful home. Needs serious attention to safety issues

Host cancelled my reservation when I called for check in information 2 hours prior to arrival from Nebraska. No fore warning whatsoever. Claimed AC and plumbing went bad that morning. Hmm... That resulted in a youth softball team getting completely left in the lurch seeking housing during the Women's College World Series and in the end, cost the team almost 3600 more than originally planned for. Dispicable. Definitely do NOT recommend. Avoid at all cost!

The amount of beds/rooms and bathrooms matched the listing. We had issues with cleanliness and basic items like toilet paper, garbage bags not being supplied. Some of the patio furniture was damaged. We did enjoy the pool.Communication with the host was not great.

Overall, the space accommodation was what was needed for our stay. We enjoyed our stay. We traveled from multiple states to visit family and attend a high school graduation. The host communicated for the most part and addressed and or solved most of our concerns. Just thought the towels and linen should had been readily available and not unfolded and stored in the dryer in the laundry room. Toiletries were few and the cleanliness of 2 of the restrooms could had been better. The amenities that influenced our decision to stay at this location were not available. We gave the benefit of the doubt to the host regarding the heat and cleanliness of the swimming pool. Dispite what the previous reviews read about the pool not being heated nor was the swimming pool ready or clean for use. That was a little disappointing as we were all looking forward to cooling off in the pool. We would stay here again, overall the stay was nice and spacious and the host was accommodating. Thank you

We stayed here with a group of 15, and the size of the home was definitely a major plus. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and relaxing. The host was accommodating in allowing an early check in, which we appreciated (1pm instead of 3pm)That said, the property itself is quite dated and in need of some care. Upon arriving, instead settling in and preparing for the group, I spent nearly an hour cleaning, airing out the space, and making a run to Walmart for basic essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. The home listing described “ultimate luxury,” which feels like an overstatement (worn out and broken furniture, few towels, well used bedding ). The heated pool and hot tub were ice cold. The “fully equipped” gym was essentially a collection of dusty equipment pushed against a garage wall. Communication could be improved during check in. We didn’t receive check-in details until the afternoon of our arrival day which created some unnecessary anxiety especially with guest coming in from 3 states. This isn’t a terrible property- it has potential and works very well for large groups - but needs attention, upkeep, and more accurate listing details to help guests better prepare and pack.

It took us a minute to get in the door. Once we entered the property and started looking around, we found it dirty and run down. Nothing like the photos. I thought it either tat empty for years or someone destroyed the place. I took lots of photos and started sending to the host because I didn’t want to be accused of anything. He didn’t even want to respond. I should have known when he looked me up on linked in and tried to get my booking indirectly through there this place wouldn’t be legitimate. Thankfully I am not a trusting person and did NOT book outside of VRBO. I would have been screwed. I wouldn’t even sit down in the place it was bad. I found bugs, exposed wires, the back yard was trashed. The sheets were dirty. The refrigerators were dirty. Unsanitary and unsafe. Thankfully VRBO care got us out of there and into a better place. We did not stay there.

Check in went well, and the host was attentive when there was no hot water in the upstairs bathrooms. The space is perfect for large groups. There were a few drawbacks with this location. The carpets were not vacuumed, and the floors were not swept well. There were not enough towels for the number of guests. There were no bathroom washcloths or hand towels. The two back doors were nearly impossible to get out of. In the kitchen we were greeted with dirty stinky dishes in the dishwasher, no extra trash bags, and no kitchen hand towels or kitchen washcloths. There was one used roll of paper towels, which was tough because there was no kitchen hand towels. One of the kitchen table chairs had only three legs, and we are grateful we found it before someone got hurt. The handsoaps were nearly empty and not working properly. Oh the value of the little things. The pool table was so fun to have, and the swimming pool was a blast. We want to say again, that the host was quick to reply and we are grateful.

This was our second stay at this property. The first time there was an issue with the house not be cleaned before we arrived which the owner promptly got on top of but we had to wait for them to finish which was an issue. However, we ended up getting snowed in the day we were supposed to leave so they were very understanding and allowed us to extend our stay. Because of this we wanted to give them another chance since we come to OKC every year for volleyball tournaments. While the house itself is spacious and offers ample bedrooms, there are some issues. The upstairs is constantly too hot and even when the air conditioning is turned on it's freezing downstairs and still hot upstairs. Upon arrival the electronic lock did not work and continued having issues throughout our stay. The coffee pot had leftover coffee with very visible mold on top so who knows how long it was there. We were told that the hot tub and pool were heated at no extra charge but on both trips they never worked and were not heated even when requested.

The house was nice and accommodating. I did not have good communication with the owner. We stayed Friday and Saturday, I messaged him on Thursday and asked if there was anything we needed to know. Friday morning came and still no response, I messaged him Friday morning at 9, and he responded at 11 that he would send me the code to the house by 2. Check in is at 3, luckily the cleaning lady was there to let us in at 3:10, as he did not send me the code until 5 PM.
