The apartment, located on the first floor, opens onto the open plan living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, a cabinet with TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped american kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Moreover, through the living area, guests can access a small veranda featuring a dining table where they can have meals in the open air and enjoy the seaview.
