You'll have Hains Park, Coffee's Country Market (a local favorite), and Sapore Pizzeria right around the corner! A great place to explore the surrounding area: nearby Flo Gris museum, Niantic, Mohegan Sun, hiking, and beaches. Also ideal for monthly furnished rental: excellent tourist and commuter location, close to Electric Boat, Coast Guard Academy, and I-95.

Sleeping setup is a larger bedroom with a queen and second bedroom with a queen as well (plus a twin). From the living room, you'll enjoy elevated views of the water and step out to a wraparound deck that's perfect for morning coffee. Central A/C, fast wifi, and a washer/dryer make your stay comfortable and seamless. It gets no better than waking up to a beautiful setting beside the water! You'll feel "away from it all" yet convenient to necessities (market, coffee, etc.) and the many surrounding attractions.
