“Great location very close to a local TC beach. The homeowners were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay”

“This place was perfect!! Clean, adorable, convenient! My husband is in a wheel chair, so the ramp was so helpful. The reclining sofa was so comfortable and very nice TV. The bed was very comfy and I can’t say enough how nice it was!!”

“Our stay was wonderful. The home was clean and beautiful. Everywhere you turned was a new discovery. I would recommend this location 100%.”

“Communication was very good. Place was clean and quiet. Nice location close to everything. Thank you”

“Place is fine. Needs a little TLC. Needs new bathroom, rugs, and towels. Toilet seats are very loose and upstairs shower door leaks, and is loose. Location is good. Parking should not be extra given the size of the garage.”

“Clean and lovely. King bed was very comfortable.. the walk to beach and downtown to shop and eat was actually shorter than I expected. Loved the Red Ginger restaurant. Loved that it is pet friendly too. Contact and communication was wonderful. Had a fantastic massage behind us inside “THE BOX” building. Would love to go back!”

“Rooms were very clean and host responded quickly to questions.”

“We enjoy this unit because it is pet friendly, ideally located for our needs, and Michael communicates effectively and promptly with us. Thank you ”

“We stayed in this unit June 23-25 (2 nights). Overall we were happy with the unit and the area. The only problem we discovered came a few days after we left. One of our party of 4 discovered several small bites on her legs that got progressively worse over a couple of days, leading her to go to urgent care. The doctor diagnosed them as bed bug bites. She was in the bedroom with the queen bed. The sheets on the bed were dark gray so any evidence of bed bugs would have been difficult to see,...

“Very clean!”

“This was a great place to stay to be close to the center of town but not completely in the mix (especially during Cherry Festival) with sidewalks and the path along the river. A lovely walkable distance to get the lake. The space was open and light and there was plenty of room for 3 adults. While we didn't cook when we were there, we appreciated how the kitchen was stocked. Nice touch in the bathroom with simple supplies one might forget on a trip. We didn't take much advantage of the common...

“Location was great. Host was responsive. Price was reasonable. Candle was well equipped.”

“Fantastic place to stay for my wife and I near Lake Ann. Will do it again.”

“Nice compact room with well-placed amenities and comfortable bed. City vibes, but close to everything. Recommend.”

“Great location and had a wonderful time in Traverse City. Would totally recommend this place to everyone...close to the shore and parks, close to shopping and restaurants too. The property owner was amazing and very helpful during our stay.”
