“Positives: Property was as described. Owner lives next door and only saw briefly. Check in was seamless. Beds were comfortable. Immediate neighborhood was quiet. Beaches were clean. Cons: spiral stair case was fine for us and our 7 year old but I would not recommend for younger or elderly. Only tv and bathroom is all the way downstairs. There are no doors closing any rooms so you can hear everything from all floors (including snoring). Fry pans and pillows need replacing. The deck out back...

“Wonderful location, friendly neighbors, and 5 glorious beach days. Each of the five people and our golden retriever loved the visit. The front and back porches added a lot to variety of comfortable settings. We could have used some more guidance on proposer use of the grill and dryer. Wonderfuk to have towels and linen provided and fresh beds made for us upon arrival. Property manger a delight to communicate with. Parking of second car on nearby street easy.”
