“Parking was easy, steps to the beach. Would of liked a shade in the back door for privacy.”

“Water pressure was awesome but there was carpenter ants and some other bug. Both nights the bugs crawled on us while we slept. We woke up several times to flick off the bugs. No pleasant. The bedroom that has a door is very warm. They do provide you with a box fan. You can open the window but it is so loud outside and the train is literally next to the room. So each time the train goes by, it is loud and shakes the room and beds. So can't open the window due to noise. There is an AC is the room...

“We really enjoyed staying here! The house was in good shape, it had nice common areas to hang out with friends, and the fire pit for s'mores was a great bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped and a pleasure to cook in (note: you may need to re-plug in some of the stove burners if they aren't working). Lisa was very communicative and helpful. “Great location to walk to the beach or to the pier. The top floor requires many steps so if you have a hard time with mobility this would not work for you. We loved it! So clean and well stocked with dishes, appliances and cookware. The recliners are the bomb! Bed was comfortable as well. Two air conditioners which kept us comfortable. The site is on point with their description and photos.”

“We found this place and booked after seeing it was pet friendly and close to the beach which was a must for our beach loving family and pups. Our stay was lovely- it’s a few blocks to the beach and into the main town area. The place was clean, had a good amount of space, was quiet, and a small deck area to sit outside. Communications with the host were easy and they checked in on us part way through to ensure our stay was going well.”

“The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. We had everything we needed and was far more comfortable than a small motel room. The hosts were great, very responsive and we had no problems or issues of any type. The location is excellent! Super short drive to coffee shops and of course everything one goes to Old Orchard for.... the beach! I would highly recommend staying here or any property offered by this host.”

“At first, the pillow had smelled and I cannot find a hair dryer. However, the property management took action very quickly to change the pillow and bought a new hair dryer next morning. Overall, the property is good for a family!”

“This property was clean and manager had good communication. Good option if you don’t want to stay in a motel. Only one bed but the kids slept on the two futons. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room since we were at Palace Playland, mini golf, and surrounding amenities (all in walking distance with teens). Great location off the main strip.”

“Nice 2 bedrooms apartment, small but ok for two adults, two kids Only 1 bathroom and it’s downstairs… Kitchen is complete with everything you need Area around is nice and safe, good bars and restaurants ”

“Great little condo. Right on the beach! Balcony is wonderful, as is the view from the master. Second bedroom is definitely a “kids” room with the two bunk beds. Garage was great for a car, would not fit the height of a truck”
