The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The condo had cute little care packages with their logo on it, qhich helped so i could do laundry and clean dishes. The only thing is we didn't know it was close to a railroad and could hear that at night but you were far enough away you could barley hear it. Overall great stay and great memories made!

Great condo close to the beach

This condo was exactly as described and actually more spacious than I expected. Everything was clean and orderly and I had only one minor question that was answered quickly by the property management company. All instructions for accessing the property were early and were easy to understand. Our group was two adults and one child and we had plenty of space. Bathrooms were well-equipped and big, closets had plenty of hangers, and everything was comfortable. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. We flew for this trip and were able to carry our things, but if you're driving and have a wagon you can bring that would be helpful. A few things that could enhance a stay, but didn't detract from the overall experience - 1) We could have used a couple of more kitchen trash bags. We had two for a 5 day stay. 2) Kitchen utensils could be refreshed. We do cook on vacation and there wasn't a spatula to turn things at all and there was a small scraping spatula, but the top had been melted. Not awful, but a little inconvenient. There was also only one kitchen towel. These are minor, but were noticed during our trip. Overall, we had a great stay and loved the location. Would definitely return!

Great location!!!

Cleanliness and communication is 5 stocked with all kitchen equipment. The convenience to OOB and surrounding attractions!! My family and I will rebook this rental in future visits! Highly recommend this location.

Cute clean property. It would be nice to have a small dresser or shelf in each bedroom to set jewelry and eye glasses down. Floor by hall bath needs some work. Not really walkable to the beach. Parking at property was great! AC worked well.

Awesome.

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 night stay. It was a perfect place to bring our small dog. The accommodation were excellent. The kitchen was perfect to make all of our meals. We definitely will return and we definitely recommend this place.

Location is everything at OOB

This property was perfect for us. It is a short trip by car to Ocean Park, downtown OOB, Pine Point and to the local grocery store. It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet at night, which we appreciated.

Great stay!

Loved our stay! The check-in/check-out process was super easy. The location convenient and the amenities were perfect for our family of 4. The only thing I would have to say would be the blinds did next to nothing to block out the light so we ended up using garbage bags to block out the sun so our kids wouldn’t wake up at 5:30. Lastly, the coffee machine was pretty much non functional. We attempted every morning and got it working maybe once. These were our only criticisms though and the pros far outweigh these inconveniences. I would highly recommend staying here!

Getaway

Very good except it needs a new coffee maker. Had no carafe the first morning/ got 2 nd maker/older model and would not brew on 3rd morning. Need to invest in a newer model for money that we are paying. A/C was fantastic to come back to on hot days. Need to invest in blackout shades in bedrooms.

50th Birthday Get Together

We were in town to celebrate 50th birthdays. The house was perfect for four adults. They provided all the basics one would need and one the grocery stores made deliveries so we could utilize the kitchen for breakfasts.

Wonderful place

We were very happy with our stay. Location was far enough away from the busy area but close enough that we did walk back from the beach one time so we didn’t lose our paid parking spot. Only thing we could figure out was the air conditioning…we were freezing…not sure turning it up on the remote helped? But we just used extra blankets. The space was beautiful, minor floor heaving issues but nothing that could be fixed easily and didn’t affect our stay. Only suggestion would be a couple of dressers with drawers. Honestly though we loved it and would come back in a heartbeat!

Too Rigid in Communications

Process of booking to checkout was too rigid in communications. Everything only through text. Too impersonal in my opinion. What if we had delayed flights past office hours? What if my cellphone had lost power or my charger was in my lost bags? There was an emergency number provided. No paper instructions for the house were provided. Would this be too much to ask? Again, these were provided only by text. Upon checkin the HVAC setup was confusing, but there no one to talk with. This did work out, but not without a string of texts a mile long. A short phone call would have settled the issue sooner for both parties. The checkin was computer controlled and too rigid, so we had to wait in a rain storm, and gained entry not a minute before. Outrageously, we were offered an additional hour before check out for $150 fee.????? We checked out an hour and a half early. The sheets on the beds were a blend of rayon/polyester, which were hot and uncomfortable. Sheets ought to be mostly cotton. The unit was clean and modern, but too sparsely furnished. No chairs in the living room or bedrooms, though there was a couch and a love seat in the living area. This property sits next to a burned out building on one side and on the other side a house appears to be boarded up and abandoned. This detracts from the lodging experience. A live conversation with the property manager could have allowed this review to be more positive. Finally, the stay was just ok. YRBO customer 10+yrs.
