  • ¡El encanto tradicional de la cabaña se combina con las comodidades y conveniencias modernas! Ubicado a medio camino entre el famoso muelle y Ocean Park, este retiro privado está a solo 4 minutos a pie de la arena. Casa de dos familias recientemente renovada con vista al mar desde la cocina, sala de estar, porche de 4 estaciones, baño y dormitorio principal.
    Esta cabaña del segundo piso tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, lavadora / secadora y una bañera de hidromasaje. Se incluyen dos lugares de estacionamiento fuera de la vía pública y un amplio patio trasero cercado con patio, parrilla y mesa de ping pong.

Beautiful beachy spot, gorgeous decor and an amazing yard for families! We were so comfortable here and really enjoyed coffees in the sunroom. Thanks to Kevin for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised by the interior. The living room is huge. We comfortably slept 6 adults in the bedrooms. It was convenient to walk to all of the activities Old Orchard Beach offers. We had a wonderful time visiting family in the area. Thank you!

Great location

Perfect walk to the beach and the pier. Liked the second floor as you could see the ocean in the horizon. Nice yard to relax in.

We love Maine. Rented a lot of homes and this is our favorite. 180 degre view on the ocean while making our morning coffee, watching the pier fireworks from the living room, priceless.

Very spacious

The ginormous yard and both units of this house provided all of our family plenty of room and enough space to not get sick of each other after 6 days

The rental was very nice big yard. Outdoor cookers were good patio actually two in the yard. The place was clean well stocked with amenities nice view of the ocean. The flight itself was very clean all in all. I would tell friends about it.

Wedding weekend

We rented both units to attend a family wedding. The units were clean, spacious and well equipped and bright and sunny. Wish the weather was warmer to use the nice yard.

Old Orchard Beach

The apartment was delightful, with plenty of towels, warm cuddly blankets for the afternoon naps after a chilly walk on the October beaches. Kevin was immediately responsive to our 2 (tiny) problems… very helpful and understanding. The beds were very comfortable. The living room, with its large sectional couch, was perfect for our late night sister’s weekend reminiscing. Wonderful!

Guests should know a train passes by several times a day.

Very family oriented with a beautiful yard which we did not get to use because of the unseasonably cold and very rainy weather. We made the best of it in the large, cozy living room, being silly and having fun. We were three generations of women making unforgettable memories. Accommodations were as described.

Great spot for a family

This rental was somewhat of a last-minute find and it turned out to be perfect for our family. We comfortably slept our family of five and were surprised at the cleaniliess across the board. The property has a great little fenced in yard to play around in and games and toys for the kids in the living room. Not right on the beach, but the walk wasn’t bad. 5minutes maybe. Very accommodating host. All around a great stay.

Amazing place to stay in OOB

This place is a real gem. Really clean, well equipped and for our two kids it was perfect (toys inside and playground in the yard. The host is very kind and very quick to fulfill our needs. Thanks again!

This was the perfect size place for my family of five. So close to the beach. We adored our stay.

Renting was a piece of cake. Accessing the unit was simple and it was everything we hoped for and more!

Beach Getaway

My family and I had a lovely time at this property. The accommodations were clean and spacious. We especially liked the large living room and sun room with all the windows. My daughter enjoyed playing in the large backyard. The house is conveniently located - very short walk to the beautiful beach nearby and short drive to explore neighboring towns/cities. Thank you!

Beautiful Property Very Close to Beach

Loved staying in this beautiful property. Walk to the beach is easy even with little kids. Our 4 year old never even rode in the stroller on the walk to the beach. Everyone loved the jacuzzi tub. Beds are all comfortable, window A/C worked great and the 4 season porch was a perfect sleeping space for the baby in her portable crib. One thing to note is that the bedrooms are essentially off the common space (living room) so evening adult time may need to be quiet if you have light sleepers.

De très belles vacances

Très bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage. De plus, une marche d’une dizaine de minutes nous rend près du quai où il y a les restaurants et les arcades. Condo super propre et très bien équipé. Cour arrière privée avec BBQ et jeux pour les enfants. Le trafic dans la rue tard le soir est un peu bruyant ainsi que le train qui passe tout près mais cela nous a pas empêché de passer d’excellentes vacances. À l’an prochain, si nous retournons à Old Orchard Beach. Thank you!

Nice property. Quick walk to the beach and off the main(noisy) drag. Easy walk to the pier and it amusement park.
