Villa Avalon is a well appointed luxurious and rare ocean front property.

All bedrooms boast a comfortable King size bed and private ensuite bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need - including cookware, bakeware, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, gas cooktop, wall oven, and dishwasher.

The main living is outdoors in this villa, with 180 degree ocean view as you lounge, dine or sunbathe. Enjoy beach and mountain view from the main patio and breathtaking mountain and volcano views from the lookout.

You will feel like you are swimming in the ocean - without the waves - as you bathe in the private swimming pool with infinity view to the ocean.

This villa offers ocean front living at it's best.

Linens are included and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is also an Iron and ironing board available.

Walking distance to beach ( 5 min ). Walking distance to View Point Restaurant (less than 3 minutes). Walking distance to grocery (15 minutes/less than 5 minutes drive). Driving distance to shopping (10-25 minutes). Driving distance to airport (less than 30 minutes).

We help you arrange for car rental /pick up from airport on arrival - please inquire if needed. We also arrange dinner on arrival and basic food stocking services. Our goal is to make your stay at Avalon your most memorable and enjoyable stay on Montserrat, or anywhere for that matter. If there is anything we can do to make your stay even more memorable, please let us know.

There is a minimum 7 night stay December to March and 4 nights minimum stay April to November.

Please note: Bedrooms are opened based on reservation requirements. We discount the nightly rate for couples and guests only requiring 1 bedroom as this is most of our guests. In order to serve you best, and to ensure your needs are met, please be sure to indicate the actual number of guests staying at the villa. You must select a minimum of 3 guests if you need access to 2 bedrooms and a minimum of 4 guests if you need access to all three bedrooms for your stay.
