“The rooms were very roomy I did not like that the chef had food sitting on bench when it wasn’t busy and could of rang bell then I saw the chef take the Pattie out of one of the burgers and reheat and put back on disgusting waitstaff saw it and looked away until I bought it to there attention”

“Minimal breakfast gluten free almost non existent The bathroom tiles need to be changed as they had spots and looked dirty but fortunately they weren’t. Staff very helpful. Difficult finding the place . The Hotel needs a big sign as it can get very frustrating finding especially at night. ”

“There were cockroaches in the room and on top of the main server bench R23 The toilet was bubbling during the night.”

“The staff were the best thing about this stay. The room was ok, clean and everything I'd expect from a motel. However, my room faced onto a large public car part that served a pub, restaurant and the biggest bottle shop I've seen. It was used by young people to kick a ball around. I needed to sleep early, but was woken at 10:30, just after the doors were closed, by a youngster asking if I'd let him through my room to the back so he could retrieve his football. I refused. They hung around then...

“We stayed in one of their onsite cabins which are well maintained and cleaned, the staff were very helpful and obliging. The overall feel of the park is excellent and well laid out with easy access to all amenities and close to shops.”

“Good location, easy access, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Bathrooms a bit tight and dated. My room was on the ground floor, not too noisy from the main highway across the front, but lots of noise from banging on the floor from movements of occupants upstairs.”

“TBH, the Esplanade is our favourite place to stay in Freo. Always clean, always has easy access to things in Fremantle. Unfortunately we have had an accounting issue this time. We were asked at checkout if we had used anything from the minibar. We never do because it’s overpriced. Received an email with the receipt from our weekend stay and there is a minibar charge. Have tried a few times today to call and they don’t pick up the phone. Let’s hope the email gets seen.”

“Historic building…pub in super-convenient location in Fremantle. Opposite the famous Freo Markets and excellent public transport on the doorstep should you need that.”
