“Expedia first of all you are yet to refund my money money for hotel despite the hotel confirming to you that i didnt lodge there. As for the receptionist their reception was appauling to say the least. On arrival all they told me despite showing evidence of payment was that they are fully booked and they dont know Expedia.”

“Kings solomon hotel is not an hotel,i got there and i was told they don't have the information of my reservation, my money were not refunded ,i never slept or spent time there ,i was standard i have to look for another hotel that night, even when i presented receipts of payment,nothing was done, please i need my refund. “As much as that hotel is fantastic ,the wokers are the best ,the environment is super clean , It is good for the online agent to check with them before collecting money as that is the big problem i have so who ever want the hotel should check with the hotel b4 book.”

“Great place to stay and I truly had a great day. Well manner staff I was looked after as I thought it was not safe. I was wrong it was safe and clean. But I think the generator is at night only. Also, ask them to fix the tap in bathroom. I was out during the day so hey fine by me. Thank you to all the staff too. I’m grateful ”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. Despite having a fully confirmed Expedia booking for 9 nights, my wife, two children, and I were denied check-in on arrival. We travelled all the way from London to Lagos, only to be told at the hotel that the apartment was already occupied and that no room or alternative accommodation was available. This was extremely distressing, especially with young children after a long international journey. The hotel showed poor...
