“Excellent staff/innkeepers and a delicious breakfast.”

“The owners Mike and Karen were wonderful and accommodating when we needed to arrive later than we hoped to check-in. The room was spacious and clean. The house has a full guest kitchen common living room area and a second full kitchen for staff to prepare breakfast for guests. Also the breakfasts were absolutely amazing - home cooked potatoes, eggs, fresh fruit, biscuits sausage juice and that was just first morning! “Such a cool place in the middle of Yelm! We were going to camp on a weekend that decided to feature lots of thunder storms, so we opted for a bed and breakfast experience instead. We enjoyed wandering through the main part of the bnb and looking at all the art, and spent the evening in a nearby park watching the storm roll in. We spent the next morning with the hosts, who were a blast to chat with over breakfast. Thank you for the lovely experience!”

“My fee should be refunded because: 1) it is now 7:26 pm TWO DAYS after I was to check in, but I have not received the email indicating how to do so. 2) I called the phone number on the email that expedia sent, only to receive a "not in service" message. 3) I spent about two hours chasing around Tacoma that evening trying to find a Wifi connection so I could communicate; I did go by the purported location twice, rang the door bell several times, with no response.
