    The Space:

    A private chair lift to the slopes at Palisades Tahoe awaits just outside this inviting Everline Resort & Spa studio! Sleep soundly on plush beds, prepare trail snacks in the kitchenette, and admire mountain views from the window. Along with ski-in, ski-out privileges, the resort offers all-season mountain fun with heated pools, hot tubs, cross-country ski trails, and a stocked fishing pond. Experience top-tier relaxation in the luxurious on-site spa, which was ranked among the top five in the country by Conde Nast. Explore the scenic nature trail skirting the resort or the nearby Truckee River Bike Trail. 10 minutes away, gorgeous Lake Tahoe presents a picturesque setting for boating and paddleboarding.



    Watch your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen TV. A desk provides space to check emails or write postcards. The kitchenette includes a Keurig coffee maker, a mini-fridge, an insulated ice bucket, and a toaster. This studio sleeps four guests between two queen beds in the sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

    The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

    Visitor Valet $40/hr,

    Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Great getaway for the family!

We had a great stay at this Tahoe resort. The room was in great shape, and the amenities really made the trip fun for the family. The multiple pools were perfect for relaxing, and the on-site shops and food options were super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice resort, checkin was a nightmare due to snowstorm not being handled very well regarding the traffic management and the parking lot, but that was a temporary glitch in an otherwise very nice stay. They seemed to have it sorted out after a couple days to deal with the snowfall. Ski concierge was very handy, heated pool and hot tubs were very clean

Great location, listing accurate

Location is great and room was clean. Soap bottles had holes in it and microwave was not functional which was unfortunate, but overall not a big deal. We had a great time

Perfect ski spot

We really liked how convenient the room was to the slopes. The resort chair is right outside the door practically. The accommodations were comfortable and the rooms were the perfect size for two adults. There were robes which we used to pop over for hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The room is in a Hyatt hotel so all the normal hotel amenities were available which was very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Great location, chair lift right outside the door, great view. Things to note the kitchenette is just a microwave and mini fridge. Don’t expect to be able to cook anything other than reheating left overs unless you’re creative. Plenty of food choices near by (at the resort) great happy hour at Sally’s, hot tubs are nice

Great room

We usually book a fireplace suite because we have kids and like the kitchenette and table. Since this was a quicker trip for us we thought we’d give this a try. The room was more spacious than a typical single room. It had a mini fridge, micro and glasses and utensils. Also a desk where the kids ate. The resort itself is always awesome. Been coming for years. I would definitely book this room again.

Nice clean hotel

Beautiful. One of the lifts are just outside the doors. Easy shuttle to the village. Pools were nice and warm, but this VRBO does not provide the robes or towels for the pools. Valet was easy… but expensive. Refrigerator needs to be looked at. Doesn’t stay cold

Unclean room

The room was not completely clean when I arrived. The bathtub drain was clogged. After two days of housekeeping not coming , I had to request an appointment for housekeeping to come through the front desk. Housekeeping did not come during the schedule appointment so after an hour of waiting I had to followup with the front desk.

more amenities than are listed

Nice room with valley view. Microwave, toaster, Keurig, machine, mini fridge, two dish and silverware place settings near the elevator, but we never really heard anybody walking by. coin operated laundry on the second floor - takes quarters, $1.75 for a wash $.25 for each 10 minutes in the dryer. Complementary Hot chocolate and coffee stand set up near the resort chair and shuttle to Palisades. We checked our skis. Left them on a rack one afternoon and came back for them and the ski valet in the afternoon was in that same area as the hot chocolate, and had already retrieved them and brought them in for us shuttles to Palisades Village we’re available every 15 minutes during the day by the resort chair and in the evening by the lobby. I think they stopped running around 930, but most of the restaurants closed around 9 o’clock.
