This home eneded up being the perfect place for us to stay. Upon arrival the home was clean and an impressive size. The photos do not give this home justice. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably in their own space. The primary suite was a pleasant surprise as it's like an entire unit on it's own with a huge closet, large jetted tub, office area, living space and private sleeping quarters. It was a remarkable area of the home. We spent most of our time outdoors on the patio and by the fireplace which was easy to use. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after the zoo and travel. It heated up to our desired temps quickly. The hot tub is set at a lower temp so if you plan to enjoy it while staying I suggest you adjust the temps prior to entering tub. (It only took about 40 minutes to heat up to our desired temp). This rental also doesn't provide much extra as far as hygeine needs. This was not an issue to us as we always pack our own soap, shampoos and conditioners but a good thing to note to be aware of what one should expect to bring. This home is located in a desirable residential neighborhood, on a low traffic street and we felt at ease when walking around and being in this location. The owners had consistent good and quick communication for all off our inquiries before and during stay, plus after. Do not be afraid to reach out to them if issues should arise. Overall we really loved staying at this home, didn't want to leave and would stay again!

We come to Omaha every year for our annual trip to Valas with friends. This rental was perfect. It’s located in the middle of Omaha in a quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. The home is spacious and set up wonderfully for multiple families. The outdoor firepit and hot tub were an added bonus for sure. The communication with the owners was easy and we had immediate responses with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend this place to stay to all our friends and family.

We enjoyed our family getaway - 7 adults, 4 kids. The property was as described, Layout of the house worked really well for us. A bedroom and family area in the lower level was great for the kids to have some space on their own. Kitchen was nice size to prepare meals for all. We didn't use the outdoor area as much as we would like due to the extremely high temps - but loved the hot tub, fireplace and shaded area for outside seating. The best part of all was the excellent communication with Garrett and Tiffani!! From booking to the end of our stay - they answered questions/concerns quickly and checked in to make sure everything was going ok! We will look to stay with them on future trips for sure!

Perfect for families

My parents always want us to stay with them when we visit, but they are aging and the now teenage grandchildren need more space. This house was a perfect solution for when my brother’s family and mine come back for a reunion. It is a quiet neighborhood, great for morning walks, and close to my parents’ house. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own bed, and a very private upstairs master bedroom with office where we could work. The basement was perfect, keeping the teen energy contained. Would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem and Fast Owner Response

This property is a nice old gem. We stayed here for my daughter's Doctorate Degree graduation. This house had plenty of room for our 9 guests. If you have elders , the 3 main floor bedrooms come in handy. You do have exterior concrete steps to navigate to get to main floor so keep that in mind if handicap accessibility is needed. The master suite on the top floor is pure comfort and very spacious. You also have a fully finished basement with a Bedroom, kitchenette, common area and a bathroom. Did I mention you have a laundry room on main floor and in the owners suite's large walk in closet! This house definitely has character , awesome decor and is centrally located near all major conveniences. The added plus was the owner's quick response to a few minor issues that came up. If you have a big family and need space , this is it!!! It would be awesome if the 2 car garage became available for parking for future stays. Thanks Garrett and Tiffani for the stay and great customer service. housdefinitely has character

Great property in an excellent location

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a very nice residential neighborhood, was clean, and has lots of living and entertaining space, including a great backyard. Communication with the owners was excellent, and their flexibility and graciousness in accommodating some of our specific needs was very much appreciated. An excellent choice, especially for a group needing lots of space.

Everything we Needed

There are so many great things about this stay and this house that I won't be able to list all of them. First of all, though, the hosts were absolutely amazing! They quickly responded and even checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was amazing, with a great layout for group activities and the privacy of one's rooms! Great place and if we come back to the area we will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect for Family Gathering

This beautiful property provided the perfect setting for our extended family Christmas celebration! The home is very large with plenty of room, large dining room table, fabulous finished basement complete with toys for the kids! The fire pit was a huge hit. The master bedroom is an oasis and the entire house was decorated for Christmas! The hosts were wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
