Única casa de 1925 ubicada en Midtown Omaha, en el histórico barrio de Morton Meadows. Nuestra cómoda casa cuenta con mucho espacio para relajarse, con pisos de madera originales y techo de sala de estar de madera expuesta de 13 pies. El estilo de renacimiento español / misión se destaca por una chimenea única de piso a techo.

2 dormitorios y un baño en la planta principal, además de un nivel inferior con medio baño y un amplio comedor, lo hacen perfecto para parejas, profesionales y familias. Pasa el rato en el amplio patio trasero con asientos al aire libre en primavera, verano y otoño.

Este vecindario seguro y exclusivo se encuentra a poca distancia de las tiendas, restaurantes y espacios al aire libre de Midtown Crossing. A solo 10 minutos del centro y del Mercado Viejo. El vecindario alberga el Centro Médico de la Universidad de Nebraska y las ofertas de entretenimiento cercanas en el Distrito de Blackstone. A pocos minutos de Baxter Arena y Aksarben Village.

Great Getaway!

We stayed for a long weekend, had a fantastic time. The zoo is amazing and Old Market was neat. The property is so unique and very comfortable. We stayed over the 4th and were able to see tons on fireworks right from the front steps. A great time was had.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

The house is absolutely beautiful, the neighborhood is lovely, and the host is readily available for any questions. We didn't arrive in Omaha until very late on our check-in day, and the host was very kind, understanding, and made sure she was available even at that late hour. If I'm ever back in Omaha, this will be my first choice.

Beautiful home in a distinctive historic neighborhood.

The house had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed taking walks. We also took advantage of the patio furniture in the front to do a little "porch-sitting." We would stay here again.enjoyed

Family Easter in Omaha

We stayed here and celebrated Easter with some family in Omaha. The house itself is a beautiful, vintage home in a lovely neighborhood. Conveniently located for exploring the area. Quick drive to the airport, old market, Creighton University and the Lauritzen Gardens. Would stay again.

Vintage House a Gem

We loved our stay at the Haven in Midtown's Historic Morton Meadows. Beautiful area. Comfortable and warm home with everything we needed. Truly appreciated all of the vintage details that have been preserved while also being kept warm by a modern and new furnace! Also appreciated the very detailed check-in and check-out instructions. Very helpful.We stayed on the main floor during our visit so cannot speak to the basement or upstairs. The location is absolutely perfect for a visit to Omaha as we were within 15-20 minutes of all the places in the city we wanted to go. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Cozy, simple, perfect.

Very nice stay. Home was very nice and in a great neighborhood. We were always on the go and wished we had more time to wind down, relax, and enjoy the home! This was my first vacation home rental and was a great experience with this home and host.

Adorable Home & Very Helpful Owner

This house was perfect for our family of four! It was in a quaint, safe neighborhood and within 10 minutes of all of Omaha’s biggest attractions. The owner, Mary, was incredibly helpful, giving us info on local restaurants and sights suited to teenagers. The home itself was clean and had all the basic necessities. We would stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Omaha!
