  • You will be the only guests lodging in this home. Located on a quiet street. Use keypad entrance. Ranch style layout. Plenty of on site parking .Nice backyard with patio. grill and fire pit. Several small eateries within walking distance. The inside is very clean and updated.!! Two bedrooms with a queen sized bed, tv and dresser in each. Additional one blow up twin mattress, so can accommodate 5 guests. Spacious living room/kitchen areas, with couches & T.V. & kitchen table. Plenty of stocked kitchen accessories for you to cook at home! One bathroom with tub/shower. towels, linens, and other necessities are included.. Washer and dryer on site. Small locked box safe installed in closet.
    No use of the garage or other levels of home

Just as described. This house was a great fit for us during our stay in Omaha. Rooms were clean and comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the AC worked well.

Place was perfect location close to where we were going. House was clean and bathroom in between the bedrooms was a plus. Loved not having to go uo bunch of steps. Handles on house helped getting in. Planning to stay again next time we come to visit family 9f available

This property was exactly as advertised and a great value for the price. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a HyVee in walking distance. It also had many food options in walking distance. We were very pleased with the property!

Nice property and attentive host. All good. Being able to park the enclosed car hauler with 3/4 ton truck in the driveway was a nice bonus. Quiet neighborhood. Close access to multiple eating establishments, etc. was great as well.

Very clean and centrally located in Omaha. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and family friendly toys & games which were great. House decorated for holidays very welcoming.

Central location.

Really enjoyed our stay. Centrally located so it was a quick way to get to all locations we were visiting. Nice little fenced back yard. Very clean and had great amenities. Does have a smell, but tolerable, if your not sensitive it scents. Would stay again.

Such a cute little home. Hardwood floors, one level was exactly what I needed as I was in Omaha to go to UNMC for a surgical consult. We were close to everything we needed AND they even put snacks & bottled water in the fridge. Such a nice surprise. I would absolutely stay here again if it is available when we come back up for my surgery.My only suggestion, the “steps” to the backyard are definitely not handicap friendly. My dad went outside with a broken foot and it took an act of god to be able to get him inside without injuring myself.
