The dining area offers space for 4 people, while the living room with TV, coffee table, sideboard and air conditioning invites you to relax. Complete room darkening ensures restful nights.



The covered south-facing balcony (6 m²) invites you to enjoy the view of the glittering sea and the idyllic surroundings. Equipped with a table, chairs, awning, and clothes horse, it is perfect for cosy breakfasts or relaxed evenings.



The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by plenty of greenery and situated on a slope with a distant view. Restaurants, supermarkets, and cafés are just a few steps away, and you can conveniently reach the town centre on foot.



In the surrounding area, there are numerous leisure activities: water sports, boat tours, diving, snorkelling, mountain biking, excursions to nature and national parks, as well as wine and gourmet experiences.
