The male receptionist lied to us: we asked him to change the battery in the smoke/carbon monoxide detector because it was beeping constantly (typical when the battery is low), and he assured us he had done it, but he hadn't. We spent the entire night without sleeping due to the constant beeps. At check-out, the female receptionist checked the issue, apologized, and confirmed it was indeed a low battery. Horrible experience, I do not recommend it, especially...
