Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms. After showing the evidences, they were trying to offer us a horrible location as an alternative and argued with me that the Credit Card payment was not made by them, whereas it was debited in October...

It's like a medieval castle: great boulders below, tiled roofs above, and an infinity pool looking out over the mountains. It is very secluded, with only two rooms on the property. It is in the jungle overlooking the mountains. This place really is a treasure.
