This villa was built in the end of 19th century and fully renovated in the year of 2012. It is placed in a pitoresque part of Istria, its central part, in a village named Livade. The nearest beaches are in Novigrad, Poreč and Tar, around 20 kilometres away, the nearest spa 10 km, the airport distance is 70 km and a shop and a restaurant can be found in Livade, the same place where villa Aurora is located.
