“This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

“Second time booking here and front desk was courteous and helpful ( especially have me a pick of rooms due to the elevator was down- which they fixed later that night) Cleanliness was very good, the bathroom walls looked a little dingy with some stains on it, it was a small detail. I appreciated their cleaning of their ice machine ( that is a sticking point with most hotels I've stayed in). Parking some nights is difficult due to lack of space but love the convenience of being near the...
