Views are amazing. Nice balcony. Kitchen stocked well with things to cook. A couple of items1. Bed was very firm and loud. Couldn’t move without it waking others2. Ice maker did not work. Luckily there is ice available in the basement. For the price and space it was great.

The condo was spotless when we arrived. The host was very responsive and helpful with any inquiries we had. The view from the balcony is outstanding with a table and chairs to enjoy dining outside. Kitchen was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

The property itself was basic at best. The room was mediocre but the amenities were poor. No hand or dish washing soap. Minimal kitchen items that you would normally have in a vrbo property. The worst part of the stay was when hotel maintenance over rode the door dead bolt and security mechanism to enter the room mid day! They claimed the desk showed we had checked out in apite of 3 days remaining on our vacation. They apologized but really? Dead bolt maybe but the locking mechanism could only be put in place from the inside! More scarry is they have a way to over ride that! Not a great overall experience!

Perfect for 2

This was a perfect unit for the 2 of us. Great kitchen and spacious living room for a 1 bedroom. Great location further down the beach meant less beach traffic. Really just the ones of us staying at the property. Will definitely book this unit again.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo in Orange Beach! The property was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The king size bed was super comfortable, and we loved the private balcony with gulf of America views — perfect for morning coffee. The location was ideal: just steps from the beach and close to the music festival in Gulf shores, which we were in town for. Restaurants and local attractions were just a quick drive away. I highly recommend renting a car if you are from out of town and flying in. I would not consider Orange beach a super walkable beach town (compared to NJ shore towns). The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for an stress-free vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

Spring getaway

We were very impressed with the ease of check in and having a covered parking spot right by entrance was a great positive. Unit as well as entire Phoenix 6 was very clean. Beautiful view from patio and we were blessed with nice weather most of the week. Enjoyed enough we will probably return and return to the same unit. Only negative was two non working elevators. Some patience going up and down was needed.

Comfortable stay

My wife and I brought our 8 month old girl to the beach for the first time. The weather was not the best, but the stay was comfortable. Everything was easy to check in and out to proximity of our parking space to the room.

Hate the beach

I hate the beach, sand, sun and the heat. But my stay could not have been any better for a locate. Convenient, well maintained, it was the prefect setting despite the heat, sand and sun.

Very nice condo overall, the sleeper sofa is shot so my son had to sleep with me in only bed.

Nice condo, good view, easy elevator access, plenty of towels provided ( we had 2 in our stay). Dishes (knife, fork and spoons) I had to hand wash they had some stuff on them but that is not the owners fault, plenty of dishes, pots and pans to cook with. The sleeper sofa is shot and needs to be replaced, and even if it was not shot no sheets were provided for the sleeper sofa bed....my son had to sleep with me in the only bed. If not for the sofa issue I would have given it a 10
