Very Clean

This unit was perfect for our large group. Everyone had their own bed, which is great. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We had an excellent view of the beach and the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Lots of beds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great for lots of people who need their own beds. Great Decor, bedroom had no dressers so you would need to live out of suitcase except for Master suite.

We’ve stayed at another Pheonix here before but this one is by far better from the service and staff! Jill, the owner of our condo was prompt in responding when one of our toilet handles broke and there was a maintenance associate there to fix it within 2 hours. The kids loved the slide and lazy river! Will definitely stay again.

Perfect weather

This was a great stay because the weather was really nice and the location is good. The amenities all seem to be in good shape and we even were able to use the outdoor pool one day in February. The condo unit is nice but not as nicely furnished as others we have stayed in. Need more comfortable seating in the living area. Kitchen items such as silverware seemed to be on the low side. Overall it was a good stay though.

Family beach trip

We love this building and have stayed in different units in past! This was a great 4 bedroom unit and super convenient! We did have to wash our sheets on a few beds due to them being dirty and sandy which was a huge inconvenience! They definitely were not cleaned properly before we arrived. But other than that the unit was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were so dirty our socks and the bottom of our feet were black. The rug was rolled up on the edges which caused a few of us to trip. Other than those two things the condo was great. The location was perfect and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our family Thanksgiving

No batteries for all the remotes. Which we replaced. No remote at all for the family room and cable. Main bathroom toilet was dirty. Obviously no one had stayed there in a while and it was not checked.

Amazing

Wow. This listing is even better in person than in the pictures. The unit as well as the entire building is very clean and very well maintained. The indoor pool is very large and heated. The hot tub is also indoor. Access to the beach is easy, and just a short walk down the boardwalk. The beach is also well maintained and very clean, free of trash and debris. Soft white sand. Volleyball nets. And chair/umbrella rentals if needed. Working with the rental company, Phoenix, is extremely professional and thorough from start to finish. We loved our experience at this property and will definitely be coming back!
