  • Welcome to this ADORABLE beach cottage in Tannin! This property exudes luxury with plank flooring, 10' ceilings and open layout in the living area! The master features a king bed and the guest room provides 2 queen sized beds. The sofa in the living room includes a pull out sleeper giving you sleeping room for 8. The kitchen boasts upgraded countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. This AMAZING community is adorned with brick paved streets, beautiful landscaping and DEEDED beach and water access. Easy access to the Gulf State Park's trails as well as the beach that is DIRECTLY across the street! Enjoy the amenities of Village of Tannin along with the PRIVATE neighborhood pool. Convenient to all the best restaurants and attractions in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and supplied with everything we needed. The host was responsive to all our questions. While not a beachfront property, beach access was very convenient. Highly recommend Lartigue’s Steamed Shrimp just a few doors down to pick-up a great dinner to enjoy at the house. We would return to this property.

It was a very nice condo. We ran out of paper towel and toilet paper, that is why we didn’t rate it 5/5. Otherwise, it was a very nice place. Condo was in a good location.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here in March 2026. Beach access was a HUGE perk, and it was nice having such a private space to come back to every day. For the price we paid, I was really impressed with the perks and amenities. The place smelled absolutely amazing when we entered the house. Lots of good pans, utensils, and bowls for cooking—definitely better than most places we’ve stayed. Check in and out was a breeze.

We loved staying here for a few days. There was plenty to do and the convenience of being walking distance away from the beach made this experience great!

Memorial Day trip

We had a great trip with sisters and all our kids! Wonderful condo, location, and beach! It was perfect!!! Can’t wait to come again!

We did a last minute getaway to the beach for the fall and this was wonderful choice. The property was clean, inviting, and had everything we expected. The pool was clean and maintained. The location across the road from the beach was convenient. We would recommend this place. Several other young families were visiting in The neighboring properties gave the experience a family feel.

A great place to stay!

This property is so cute and cozy. The swimming pool is directly in front of the condo! The location is amazing and close to everything. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a great house. Convent to everything, This house is a lot better than staying in a condo, you don’t have to wait on an elevator, and you can’t hear your neighbors. The only thing I would change about this house would be softer to have softer mattresses. Over all I give this place a 5/5!

Very nice rental,would definitely stay here again.Great location.Would suggest putting bath mats in the bathrooms and leaving extra trash bags .

Cottage was conveniently located near the beach, restaurants and shops. However, it wasn't very clean, there were several cheap repairs throughout the place and other areas that needed repair.

Spring break family getaway

The cottage was in a great location, an easy walk across the street to the beach. There was plenty of space for our group. The beds were comfortable and it was great having 2 1/2 baths as well. There were many great places to eat a short drive away. We also walked the trails at the gulf state park 2 minutes away.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our get away to Orange Beach. The rental property met all of our needs. The home was plenty spacious and clean. The neighborhood is quite and very close to the beach. The pool was right out the front door. We will definitely rent this property again!

Cute home with pool and convenient access to the beach.

This house is cute with easy access to the beach. We loved the pool! One thing this property needs is either blinds or blackout curtains. Street light comes through the currents upstairs at night.

Great place to stay for a family!

The house was in a great location with the pool right in front and the beach a short walk across the street, restaurants and shopping close as well. The host answered any questions I had about the checking in and out process quickly. My only suggestions I would give is for them to install blinds or blackout curtains in the bedrooms to reduce the light coming in block some of the noise from the traffic. Overall a great place to stay. If we choose to come back to Orange Beach in the future will definitely book again.

Amazing Location!

We loved our stay in this home! The location is a very short walk to the beach where we spent most of our time. Restaurants and activities are just a few miles away. The home was clean and well stocked. The dishwasher did not work well, and the door lock keypad malfunctioned on our last day. We loved the set up of the home, the pool, and the ease of booking/checking in. The host was extremely responsive and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay

Wonderful location, such an easy/quick walk to the beach. Our youngest loved the pool. The beds are comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a broom for sand. We went and purchased one and swept the house prior to leaving. It will be our beach broom for future beach trips. Thanks for a memorabke vacation!

Check in was easy. This a beautiful property and location to the beach. Communication started out fine, until I asked about an iron. Which I was told, they did not advertise an iron for the property. We had to go and purchase one, since we were taking family photos on the beach. There was one new roll of tissue on in the master bedroom and half a roll in the other bathroom, again we had to go a purchase toilet paper. On Thursday morning the POWER COMPANY not on the door to cut the lights OFF. My husband talked to the guy, who was nice enough to wait until we check out Friday morning. We left an hour earlier just in case it was going to be turned off before check. This is unacceptable and Toes N Sand need to do much better.

Orange beach stay

Loved the house and location. The floors were covered in sand and I had to purchase a broom because there was not one available. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes at all and had a terrible odor.
