The property is exactly as shown on VRBO. Very enjoyable and nice access to the beach. Great access also to local shopping and eateries. But the best part about this property is the immediate response by the host to any and all questions with patience and politeness. Thanks for a great visit.

We enjoyed our family time at this beach home! It was the perfect set up with everyone having their own bathroom and great family area to hangout on the rainy beach days. We did have a few issues with the building’s security guard as he was very disgruntled upon on our arrival in regards to parking. Not only did he get pretty rude with us but we also saw him on two separate occasions in heated arguments with other guests. Thankfully everything ended up clearing up on our end but just beware to approach a conversation with him cautiously. Other than that, the owners of the property were amazing and so very helpful. They were very responsive and we enjoyed staying at their home.

This property is amazing! It is professionally decorated and is beautiful. We had 6 adults and 2 children 5 & 8 and we had a great time. Everything you could possibly need was in the kitchen. Several sets of dinnerware to choose from, any type of cooking utensils you could need, reserved covered parking spot next to walkway to beach (we kept all our beach items in our car). Everyday I would notice some decorative item I had not seen yet. The pictures do not do this unit justice. The building is in a perfect location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would book again.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay in this amazing corner unit. The balcony was perfect and alot of time was spent watching dolphins and stingrays! I've stayed in several condos and this one by far had the most well stocked kitchen! Anything you could possibly need was available...Privacy and space really made this condo stand out! We would totally recommend this unit! Thank you for providing such a nice unit!

Great location. The pictures really don’t do this condo justice! The rooms are large and the layout is great for a large group. The huge balcony and bonus balcony off the second master we’re both perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunset. We enjoyed everything about our stay even down to our bestie security guard! Definitely will be repeat customers! Thanks y’all!

We were very happy with our overall stay! Pros: Very spacious for 8 adults Well Stocked - everything one would need and more Plenty of seating Amazing balcony Four bathrooms - need I say more! Full size washer and dryer Corner Unit equals more privacy and quiet Plenty of parking Pleasant security people Cons: Pictures led us to believe there was an ice maker but it was a broken wine cooler in the bar area Mattresses were uncomfortable Pillows are very, very flat and hard Small refrigerator - would highly recommend a second small refrigerator for a four bedroom/8 person condo Definitely need an ice maker on the beach Property allows smoking from the balconies I guess since smokers were everywhere around us. Not this owners issue but steals the joy of the balcony use when smoke billows up or down Good location. Clean. Overall great experience.

This was our third stay at the Admirals Quarters building and this unit was the best! The kitchen was well equipped. The furniture and beds were in great shape and having 3 king beds accommodated our group. When at the condo, we spent our time on the balcony and loved the new furniture. It was great working with Pam. From the very beginning she answered our questions.

We thurly enjoyed our stay! The condo was super clean and there was no sand In sight. There is a nice big balcony to enjoy the early morning dolphins and the pirate ship make its daily run. A big bonus was having a nice big pantry to put all our food in! Everything we needed was already in the condo.

This corner space was a perfect fit for our family. The balcony view was spectacular and the furniture there made it easy to stay out and enjoy it. This place has a great kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable and in truth it felt like home.
