What’s not to love…

This property and unit was hands down one of the nicest places we’ve stayed, with so many things to do. If you have a busy child who likes a little of everything, Grandparents who have different needs and parents who want to chill, this is the place. Well kept, beautiful views, responsive mgt company and so many elevators that you never waited long at all. So many great things to say. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Condo but won’t rent from the rental company again.

To start we received at email at 2:30 on our check in day that the room was ready. Most companies let you go on in free of charge. Not this one. $50/hour that you arrive early. It was just the principle of the situation so we weren’t going to pay that in addition to our already pricey unit. I asked several other guests at our resort and none of their companies required that. So that pushed us to the 4:00 check in time and it was as pure chaos. It took almost a hours to unload our 2 vehicles bc there were so many people trying to come up from the beach and pools at that time. Fast forward we enter the condo. Read flag! All fans in the entire unit were on. It was super warm and proceeded to get hotter and hotter. The rental company sends maintenance and they have to call an actual AC guy. By about 7:30/8 we finally got it fixed. Whoever inspected the unit prior to our check in knew that air wasn’t working properly and fans clearly were not going to do the job. There was 1 remote in the whole unit that worked on the TVs. Yes we tried new batteries but they didn’t work. Also it was dish and the TVs were dated so if you have kids and want to stream their shows you cannot. The internet which was supposed to be secured was not so therefore everyone was on it. We had awful service the entire time we were there. There was live eucalyptus in the master closet that we had to move to the balcony bc of allergies. Overall the unit was nice and spacious.

Sister's getaway 2023

Our 3 day getaway was very pleasant. Our only issue was that there are a few maintenance things that need to be addressed but nothing that hindered our stay. Had we stayed longer than 3 days some of the things would have been an issue. The unit was very clean and ample kitchen accessories to be able to cook in for a group of 6. I feel that the unit was a little pricey but well worth it. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Gulf Coast vacation

Beautiful condo on the Gulf of Mexico. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Accurate pictures to the listing. The location was central to us visiting with relatives that live in the surrounding communities.

Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at this unit. Nicely decorated and comfortable seating area. Rooms were furnished beautifully. The extra full bath (with laundry) in the hallway was a BONUS!

Overall We Had a Nice Stay

Overall we had a very nice stay in this unit. Would probably consider staying at this unit again. Pros: 1) Beautiful View/Steps from the Beach 2) Condo facilities were great (esp for kids) 3) Unit was well cleaned and as advertised 4) Check In/Check Out was very smooth 5) Property Mgmt communication was good 6) Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/crock pot/hand mixer/etc. 7) Thick insulated walls. We never heard anything from the neighbors on either side nor upstairs from us. We never even heard the thunderstorms that rolled thru one night. 7) Super fast elevators. Cons: 1) ZERO cellular service while in the unit AND the WIFI is spotty at best. The WIFI looks to be shared with the units above and below and is very slow and cuts out depending on where you are in the unit. It is also an unsecured network. So, this will not be optimal if you are planning on bringing a laptop to work remotely or check banking info. 2) Desperately in need of new bathroom towels. There aren't very many towels in the unit to start with and those that are there are super thin and small. They tell you to bring beach towels (which we did) but I wish we had brought bath towels as well. But for the price you pay for the unit, owner/property mgmt can do much better with the bath towel situation. 3) The 2nd King Bed is terribly squeaky. I think a previous reviewer mentioned this problem. Apparently nothing has been done about it. Its tough to get a good nights sleep when every movement causes a fairly loud noise. 4) The balcony is not a private as I'd like. The way the condo is constructed every unit around you can see right into your balcony. Can't do much about this but its something to be aware of. 5) Washer and dryer are OLD. They work...but for the price you pay for this unit I expected a little better. Also, the dryer doesn't stop tumbling if you open the dryer door. You have to turn the dial to "OFF" for it to stop spinning. Seems like a bit of a safety issue to me. 6) The light switch to the master bath is wonky and may or may not give you a little shock when you flip the switch. Again...seems like a safety issue. 7) Not nearly enough inner tubes for the lazy river. My daughter waited 30+ mins for a tube before a lady gave up hers. Once again, the pros ought weighed the cons, and I would consider staying here again. But for 5 stars it needs new bath towels, bed squeak fixed, new washer/dryer and better WIFI.

Beautiful location; great stay; plenty to do!

This was a perfect stay! The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. All the beds were comfortable, and we had everything that we needed. The kids enjoyed all the amenities Phoenix West II had to offer. Only negative was that cell service was not good, but it’s nice to be disconnected on vacation anyhow!

Great Condo!

The condo itself was great for a family! Pools and beach access was great!. The issue was only 6 elevators for 31 floors. Constantly waiting for elevators. You may encounter a problem getting a 3rd parking pass, if needed.
