Steps away from everything!

Beautiful, spacious condo on main level. Steps from pool and just a few more to the beach. Easy drive to restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to returning next year!

The place was amazing!! Everyone we spoke with at Orange beach property was amazing, kind, and would answer any quote had. The dryer went out while we were there and you guys were very quick to handle and fix the issue. The dryer was fixed within two hours after we reported the issue. That was even having to get an appliance guy out to replace the belt. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend you guys!!!

Reviewer Comments: Of course we were disappointed with the maintenance that was going on while we were there; but, overall being in Unit 104 after 15 years is like coming was pointed out by the women that the chairs in the living room need to professionally cleaned due to build up of sunblock etc that has started to make the chairs feel greasy.While I was there I reported the faucet handle in the back shower needs to be tightened.But none of these stopped our enjoyment of our week there.The thing we missed the most was not having the deck and easy access to the pool, but that was not possible and we understood.Thanks for the compensation regarding that.Need to make sure you got our request to come back next year on the same week as this year.Thanks.

Location to the pool and beach were amazing. The condo lacked dish cloths none to be exact! No Tupperware with lids. The condo was dirty, dust and bugs under cabinets in the bathrooms! Carpet needs replaced and cleaned for sure. Have a friend who rented this condo with previous management company and did not have any of these issues. I feel you may want to see who is cleaning the condo's and basic needs in the kitchen need addressed. Also we were given the wrong WI-FI password and took 48hours to get someone to fix this issue. Not sur I would rent here again.

Enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach but had a pest issue.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very convienent to resturants and shopping. Big Mike's is our favorite resturant alonge with a Waffle House. The property description was accurate along with the layout and amenities. The unit seems to be fairly maintained. I did call the rental agency reguarding a pest issue and was told basically it is the South buckup. We weren't happy with the response from the rental agency so sprayed ourselves for the pests. Which did helped some. Both pools were clean and maintained. I would only recommend this location with a warning of pest issues in the bathrooms and in the kitchen cupboards!!!!!! Other renters are having the same complaint. We have stayed in the same location for years and never had pest issues??? Instructions on refrigerator says to contact the rental company with any issues inside the unit. They might need to do something about the pest issue. Glad we didn't have a major issue with appliances or bathroom toilets or it could be disastrous.

Very clean condo!

We loved the location of the condo! It was one of the cleanest condos we’ve ever stayed at. The beds were super comfortable and it was perfect for our family! We look forward to staying here again!

I timed it one day and the trip from the back door to the beach was under 45 seconds. With 3 kids under the age of 5, this amenity was PRICELESS. Most of the other guests we met have been vacationing at Shoalwater for many years and now I know why. We will definitely be returning!
