We loved the place! The house was nice and clean. It had everything we needed. The pool area was great. The kids loved the waterslide. Movie night at the pool was fun for the whole Family. We got to see the Alligator from the bridge. That was cool! We will definitely stay again.

Memories made

Our stay at the Brookehaven was wonderful! The check in process was easy, the house was nice & had everything we needed. Our kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds. The king size bed was comfortable. Our kids loved being close to the beach, pool, & trails. The water slide & the lazy river were a huge hits for our family. We loved it so much we ended up extended our trip.

Great location and amenities

Our place was super clean and the location was great! Our kids loved the pool, slide and lazy river! If I had any sort of complaint, it would be that there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the entire week and there was nothing available to use to get to the beach, or to use while at the beach (ie. chairs or umbrellas for the sand etc.)

Favorite Family Vacation!!!

I cannot rave enough about this place and we are super picky about rentals.We loved everything about the casita, the "neighborhood" and the amenities! We normally insist on staying right on the beach but did not miss it one bit, staying in BVR. We enjoyed the jeep pick up and drop off from our door step, when we did want to go to the beach but we spent most of our time in the pool and lazy river and loved having our own cabana. Both of our kids loved it too (they are 14 and 20) so not little kids but still enjoyed the pool area, movie nights, bingo and live music by the pool. Nowhere we have ever stayed had fun activities like this and it never felt crowded, even when it was. The Brookhaven is gorgeous. Decorated beautifully, stocked with anything you would need, beds were super comfortable, a/c worked great and it was so clean! It was also a quick walk to the pool so it was easy to go back and forth as needed. We will 100% be back to BVR next summer and cannot wait!

Great Beach Escape

My friend and I took our kids for an end of summer, before Back-to-School beach escape and this house was great. With 2 adults and 6 kids (ages 5-10) we had just enough space without it being too much space and everything we needed and also in a great location. The kids loved the pool and lazy river so much we spent more time there than at the beach! It really was quite relaxing and they were super excited about the slide. We didn’t end up walking to the beach when we did go because it did seem a bit hazardous since it was a main busy road to cross (with 6 kids), but it was a quick 5 minute drive to and park at two of the beach access areas. We did see some people walking but we just decided it was not a good idea for us. The house was clean and as described and check-in and out were a breeze. The beach village is gated and is just a cute little set up. I also happened to meet the developer and and the property manager one day while at the pool and they were just the nicest! I definitely wouldn’t mind staying there again or doing business with the Simpson Property Group again! Thanks for a memorable trip!!

The pool area is both fun and relaxing. Enjoy the waterslide or the lazy river all while listening to the music being played throughout the area. The beach is only a few walking minutes away too!! Check-in details were received via text message on the day of arrival. We will be going back!!

The management is very efficient- we had 2 questions ( one about guest bracelets then other about the a/c filter and they were handled immediately)! The pool/ lazy river is indescribable! Fabulous! We so enjoyed that part of our stay! The Gulf access is a short walk down and across the road - just a nice morning outing!🤪 and the connection to Gulf State Park is so nice to have all the trails right next door! We loved seeing the gators! A 5* experience, we recommend to all and we will be back!
